TRAVEL ADVISORY WARNING: AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT AGENCY AT ALL COSTS
Danny, the so-called floor manager, took my money, booked my tickets, and then—after holding onto my cash for a full 2.5 months—abruptly cancelled everything, blaming some mysterious "third-party" that supposedly backed out.
I was left completely stranded, forced to fight my credit card company for months just to claw back my own money while this scam operation pocketed it without shame.
This is not incompetence—this is outright fraud. They are thieves masquerading as a travel agency, deliberately delaying and cancelling to keep your funds as long as possible.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are a criminal fraud company that will steal your money and leave you high and dry. Save yourself the nightmare—do not waste a single second of your time or a dollar of your money on these scammers.

I generally book direct with airlines. However, business class tickets were coming out quite expensive and I was checking around.
