He worked with me over a few weeks to get me the best rate for a family International trip and ensured he got us exactly what we were looking for. Avoid at all Cost: As per Mike they only care about booking your ticket. The agents don't care to verify requirements specific to Advance Parole and hastened my wife to get a Lufthansa booking and dont seem to care.

Mike patience and courtesy was outstanding. He spend lots of time on 6-28-2023 with no pressure until we were completely satisfy and assure that the reservation was made. We were concerned that the reservation was there but the tickets were not issued; he patiently assured us and calmly guided us. He called today to follow up and informed us that the tickets were issued. Thank You for helping us!
