Recent trip for me & my friend was Dublin this year.
We loved the experience so much we booked with Family Outings again for Dublin December 2026 :)
Best company i have travelled with.
Used them for loads of trips and would not use anyone else.
Enjoyed trips with friends & family including trips with my husband.
I trust the drivers completely as they are so professional and are staff :).
I cannot praise this company enough.
Our girl is Autistic and the professional care Terry Leanne & Lindsey provide is truly amazing & they always go that extra mile which is always much appreciated!

The Dublin trip was perfect from beginning to end. The host (Terry) and driver (Jason) were punctual, friendly and helpful. Journey to Dublin went smoothly with a couple of comfort breaks including a surprise visit to the lovely little Welsh town of Conwy. The hotel in Dublin (Stay City Apartments) was super - clean and comfortable, nice breakfast, friendly staff and only a stone's throw from O'Connell Street, Jervis Shopping Centre and city centre attractions. The journey home also went smoothly and we arrived back on Teesside in the early hours of the morning. As it was pouring with rain, Terry and Jason very kindly dropped another passenger and myself nearer our homes in Hartlepool. The customer service was of a very high standard and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Would have no hesitation in booking with this company again

Today we did Leeds Christmas markets with family outings. Brilliant service from start to finish, our host Lynsey was really informative , very attentive throughout too. See you next year - have a great Christmas all

Went to bury market today with my sons youngest being 3 months only. We really enjoyed our day as it was th3 first time going to bury market. The driver was very knowledgeable and the hostess leanne was fab. Can't wait for Blackpool next year now.

Travelled to the five concert in Newcastle. The driver and our host were brilliant. Friendly and welcoming. Will definitely use again.

Went to alton towers scarefest it was a great travel experience, and hotel and breakfast, great support and available when needed. Only downfall was the late set off the next morning to the park from the hotel. And leaving earlier than the park closing.

Used Family Outings North East for a recent concert trip with my 3 younger daughters. The staff were very friendly onboard, made sure we had everything we needed and kept us updated with arrival times, departure times etc. Was a pleasant trip. My 10 year old who came with us had autism and ADHD and the driver and the lady onboard took their time talking to her and making sure she was happy and upon our return to the coach both asked if she had enjoyed her concert and asked her about it. Looking to book other trips with all my family next time.

Always great trips value for money Terry and his staff always on hand for any issues and overnight stays in hotels are spot on

Instructions given were easy to follow, very good information about the trip and times, Terry very friendly and kept children entertained would recommend

Smooth trip for the coldplay concert , lovely clean coach and friendly informative host. Only slight issue was despite booking online and receiving a confirmation, our names weren't down on the list when the coach arrived , luckily they could fit us in however it was mentioned that the coach size was changed last minute so would have been a problem if it was the smaller one. Again not complaining as there was no issue but would hate to have that uncertainty for future bookings

Used transport only to oasis concert and was really glad we did as it took the hassle out of the day. Really comfortable coach but take a jumper as I was cold on the way back due to the air con

We love Family outings and have been on many trips with them and more booked. They are an amazing team and go above and beyond with every trip we have been on. My daughter has autism and likes to be close to the front of the coach, I like to have a hot chocolate on our return before the coach sets off and this is served with a smile. The coaches are top end compared to other companies and they use a better class of hotels and gives you that extra compfort.

We just returned from Alton towers scarefest this was our second year doing so with family outings. We did find it extremely busy on both days however the first day seemed to full of a certain family type where all the females stick together and the males also. Lots of police and security around on this day keeping a close eye on them. The next day the park was just as busy but the atmosphere was much more relaxed. It was the same in the previous year too. My daughter is able to use her ride access pass witch made the trip so much easier as it was that busy. We still would like to go to scarefest next year but just not on the same day as where all the males and females are seperate it was a little intimidating. This has no refelect on Family Outings 5* service they are amazing! Our hotel this year was lovley and so was the breakast unfortunatley it took a bit longer the next day to get to Alton towers due to the traffic compared to last year.

We still had the best time, and looking foward to many more trips with them.

First time using this company and wont be the last. I was a bit worried at first and thought I had made a mistake using them as I wasn't having any emails about upcoming trip or any confirmation of seats but when I contacted them they got straight back to me. Coach was great, comfy seats, toilet, televisions and refreshments. Jan was brilliant host and went that extra mile making sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. Driver James was fab, got us all there and back safely and did all the lugging of the cases. Can't fault them at all, thank you for a brilliant trip.

This company is very friendly & helpful especially helping organising my mams medical needs in hotel for her nothing seems any trouble to them wouldn't go away with any other company
