Lovely print quality and helpful customer service team. Great communication

The site looks great, products look great, lovely idea for a birthday or christmas gift. However I ordered a pair of personalised pet socks which took a few weeks to arrive. I open the package and you cannot even see my dog on them?! Cropped out the wrong section of the photo and after filing a complaint with the customer service team stating each issue, I get an incredibly slow response completely ignoring anything I said and simply told me what material they're made from and that she assures me they're comfortable!!
With no customer service phone number to contact how do you expect to reach a resolution if your CS team do not even read the query properly?

So disappointed with this company and am now unable to give the gift for an upcoming birthday. I want to be contacted and a resolution made.

Lily provided great customer service when I encountered an issue. I paid extra for VIP service which I would say dont do as didn't seem to make a difference with delivery. Product was OK, not best looking quality, bit scratched and faded and no instructions.

My dear friend lost her cat so I thought a fusion would be a lovely comfort for her. I sent a picture of the cat in a sitting pose expecting a profile image cushion. Unfortunately I got a very ballooned up face. As there was no option to select the type of image format. However I mentioned this in a follow up email, they appreciated the feedback and supplied me with the desired cushion format. She was over the moon with her gifts!

Ordered my boxers over a month ago, still not arrived! I even paid for VIP priority on my order!
I'm reading they are extremely expensive for the quality you receive so not looking forward to when/if they do arrive.
Shipping and production times on their website are a complete lie.
I've emailed customer service a few times and have no response.
Wouldn't recommend, don't waste your time or hard earned cash, disgusting to scam people at a time like this!

Report this website to trading standards!!! as it is a complete scam and May hopefully be shut down and nobody else will be scammed by them. False information on delivery time on their website. Cheap quality. Item does not even arrive. Can’t get in contact with anyone. The more people who report it the more likely it will be shut down.

What a total waste of money! I ordered socks for my husbands birthday. They took ages to arrive and are the worst looking things ever. You couldn't even call them socks. There is zero shape to them, they look like tubes and are such low quality. I will most definitely never be spending my hard earned money on anything from this company again. Terrible.

Horrible service. I was waiting more than a month for it to arrive, and I never received it. Tracking information says it was delivered, but I have asked all neighbours and it wasn’t. Wrote to customer service numerous times and never received a reply

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If I could give them a minus, trust me I would. The WORST customer service on the planet. I order a Valentine’s Day gift on 2nd February and paid an extra £15 for shipping to guarantee that it came in time. Emailed for an update and was told there was also a 3-5 day production time on top of the 3-5 day delivery - this wasn’t mentioned before. I emailed again a few days later and was told it hadn’t even entered production so was NEVER going to reach me in time!!! I requested a refund because they had lied and even gone again their own policy. Then received an email to confirm my order had been suspended but no mention of my refund. Finally got a reply back from my email sent 2 weeks ago and was told my order was finished so I was not entitled to any refund. Does that make any sense? I have made a formal complaint again them. NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM, WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT PRODUCTION TIME, THEY DIDN'T START PRODUCTION IN THE 3-5 DAY WINDOW THEY GAVE ME, THE COMPANY IS BASED IN CHINA NOT THE UK SO WAS NEVER GOING TO ARRIVE IN TIME, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIARS AND THIEVES!!!!

**EDIT** the socks have finally turned up ordered on 14th December and delivered on 24th February. If you want speedy service this is not the company for you.
Customer services have sent a refund to compensate for the delay.

Don't be fooled. It's a UK website but product is made and shipped from GUANGZHOU, CHINA!

Paid £8 express delivery, missed the intended b-day (purchased 14.01) and still aint arrived.

Easy to blame COVID but really it's just a shambles of an operation.

I didnt even want to give the one star!! i ordered back in november and still havent had my order! on asking for a refund they said no! then they said they wanted to re send my package but i needed to pay a further 13 pound!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Orderedboxers on 12th January - they arrived 26th- a big wait I’d say!
My biggest gripe is that I ordered the M-33”( he is a 32” waist) narrow hips and very slim thighs-thought they’d be perfect.
But no- they are soo tight on his leg as and bum he can’t wear them!!
Contacted company and explained. They say customers choose sizing from their size guide- I haven’t found a size guide- only the s,m,l in the Dropbox! They can’t replace free!!!
I’m not happy atall that these took so long to arrive , plus hiw expensive they are but worse is that he can’t even use them!

I ordered my item in November 2020, and I still haven’t received it. I have emailed customer services several times. Each time the response is the same; the item has been shipped and responsibility lies with the courier company and not them. My requests for a refund have been ignored.

Very poor quality over priced Chinese rubbish.
A .co.uk website that claims orders are sent from France.
DON’T BE FOOLED.
This company is based in China and products are sent from China.
The quality of what they sell is totally unacceptable.
If this was a UK company I feel sure trading standards would have shut them down by now.

First time buying and I'm delighted with the product. Would definitely buy again.

This aren't socks these are some kind of tube with stretchy nylon fabric, with really really poor quality printing on it, small faces of a friends dog,no definition, unwearable , and the box.... classic Chinese writing without making any sense..... as many others I thought this was UK based, absolute SCAM!
Avoid, asked for refund...
