Hi had the best experience

Hi had the best experience. I'm so thankfully to Dawn she didn't just help me she was like a ray of sunshine and best personality. I haven't laughed like that for a very long time. I feel alot lighter and happier talking to Dawn. I Think she needs a promotion. Dawn would be great councillor. I hope I've got the name right.

Lovely people

Considers themselves servants of the…

Considers themselves servants of the people...

Anything but, trying to hassle those in question into paying a parking fine that has clearly and obviously successfully challenged by POPLA - it is effectively bullying and manipulation.

They bury their heads in the sand claiming they can't locate the person in question despite having access to all the information.

I have passed on this companies behaviour and harassment to the Financial Conduct Authority, the British Parking Association, and Citizens Advice Scotland.

We do not take legal action or apply pressure. We are appointed as an intermediary step in the process to help ensure matters are resolved fairly and appropriately preventing escalation.

If a parking charge has been successfully challenged through POPLA, it should not be progressed further or placed with us for support. We would never knowingly pursue a balance in those circumstances, and what you’ve described is not the experience we aim to provide.

Debt collection

Thames water chase you a couple of weeks after sending the bill
They mis manage our supplies and pipes
And rake in billions to give to their shareholders their management has almost bankrupted the company
But still they give themselves massive bonuses

Received a text message to arrange a…

Received a text message to arrange a payment arrangement. Did the online form and then set up with the bank to pay the arrange payment that EPS online system agreed to .
Following doing the first payment I then received several phone calls which luckily my phone it came up as a spam call.
These calls are persistent and regular every day and at different times having anxiety and depression these calls are affecting my mental health wellbeing.
Also several text messages asking for more money than the arranged online payment !
Done 2 payments now and still receiving calls and text messages
