I thoroughly enjoy my earphones, they are very comfortable and sit in the ear well. You can adjust the noise cancelling feature. I really love my earphones and I am glad I bought them.

ANC failed too soon, but fast and helpful support

I got the EarFun Air Pro 4 as an early birthday gift and liked them at first, but about 2.5 months in the right earbud started making a high-pitched screech whenever any type of ANC was on. EarFun support walked me through troubleshooting and, when that didn’t fix it, immediately sent a replacement pair that arrived at my address in three days. I’m grateful for the quick, professional help, but disappointed the original ANC failed so soon.

Edit: one month later noise cancelling stopped working on the new ones. I contacted Earfun support and they refunded the person who bought me the original ones.

Preisleistungsverhältnis meiner Meinung nach voll in Ordnung!

Nachdem ich bei einem anderen Unternehmen sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe (Onlinebetrug) , wurde ich über die faz.net Seite auf den Earfun Wave Pro aufmerksam gemacht.
Aufgrund der vorherigen Betrugserfahrung war ich skeptisch beim Kauf. Als ich den Kopfhörer dann jedoch erhalten hatte und probiert habe war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich kann mir keine over ear Noise Cancelling headphones leisten die von den bekannteren Marken sind, dazu reichen meine Finanzen einfach nicht. Deswegen war ich auf der Suche nach einem der für mein Budget geeignet ist und bin mit dem Earfun Wave Pro sehr zufrieden. Das Design ist für mein Geschmack nicht gleichermaßen stylish wie vielleicht manch andere, wobei für mich die Funktion in diesem Fall bei weitem wichtiger ist als die Ästhetik. Die Lieferung war in weniger als eine Woche, was für mein Geschmack relativ schnell ist. Bei der Betrugserfahrung bei dem anderen Unternehmen dauerte es fast 3 Wochen.
Ich habe vor meiner Wohnung viel Lärm durch Baustellen und Verkehr und kann so meinen Ohren nun eine Auszeit gönnen 😁🙌🏻 Zu den Kopfhörern wurde eine hardcover Schutzhülle mitgeliefert in der man die Kopfhörer mit Zubehör gut transportieren kann.

Schlechte Qualität und Schlechter Kundenservice

Die Soundqualität der Kopfhörer ist für den Preis ungenügend. Bei der Rücksendung der Kopfhörer gab es auch mehrere Probleme. Ich Rate euch lasst die Finger davon. Auch wenn bei YouTube irgendwelche Influenza dafür Werbung machen weil Sie bestimmt Geld dafür bekommen

Do not buy from Earfun! Very poor quality and no warranty

I would not recommend buying refunds products. I bought AirPods from a vendor on eBay and after six weeks one or both pods would lose power and not charge. I followed all the instructions, cleaning the connectors and resetting the case and sometimes this would work but then after a few days the same problem would repeat. When I contacted earfun customer services, they told me that they would not honour the warranty because I bought the item from eBay. Needless to say, I will never buy from this company again and I recommend that others also avoid them

Disappointed

Disappointed – Returning After Just 5 Hours of Use
I purchased the EarFun OpenJump Open-Ear Headphones on Amazon UK, and after just 5 hours of use, I’m already returning them due to a fault. The software wouldn’t update despite multiple attempts—completely unacceptable for a brand-new product. I’m also concerned by the large number of overly positive reviews, which appear misleading. I was under the impression that fake or manipulated reviews were no longer permitted in the UK. Shoppers, be cautious.

Rücksendung nicht möglich

Ich wollte meine Kopfhörer zurückschicken. Dies war nicht möglich, weil auf dem Rücksende-Etikett eine falsche Adresse angegeben war. Meine Sendung kam zurück Das Unternehmen war nicht in der Lage, mir einen anderen Rücksendeschein zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Just bad customer service

Wanted to return a pair of headphones in guarantee as the left one wasn't working. They require you to film yourself cleaning them and then restarting them on camera. Just makes it such a long process for no reason. This would be fine if it was just advice on how to fix them but the fact they require evidence even after you have already told them you have done it already. Just bad customer service. The head phone are also very over hyped.

Gute Produkte zum sehr guten Preis

Ich persönlich mag die Produkte von Earfun. Sie mögen Schwächen haben wie die Tatsache, dass die Geräte mit unterschiedlichen und teilweise unausgereift en Firmwares ausgeliefert werden. Aber wenn sie ihre Software etwas in den Griff bekommen absolut empfehlenswert, insbesondere für den Preis!
Auch der Kundenservice reagiert schnell. Man sollte sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass der Rückversand kostenpflichtig ist, was ich absolut nicht verstehe. Kauft man Geräte bei Amazon ist dieser dort kostenlos.

Quality of one set of buds super...but beware of customer care

First the positive. I am an audiophile. I'm picky about headphones. I have DJ bins for mixing that cost 100s of dollars and 'test drove' a series of headphones before lumping for a pair recommended by the late lamented Avicii.
Beats Audio are generally all style no substance.
The only very slight downside to their TW200 buds are the name. The bass kicks are just amazing and as comparable to my over ear Avicci bins. And the acid test for me is the bass. Too many buds are too tinny. The acid test of a kicking Prodigy track blows your ears apart. They are easy to operate in the run. They have multiple fittings to fit individual ears. And if you like good packaging then they've got that sorted.
I now rock two sets of these which. Because at the price (around £30) it's a no brainer.
I also got round ear buds for the gym which i thought were also incredible value at around £50 but that is where the problems begin.
The quality is nowhere near as good as the buds despite being nearly double the price.. They leak outside noise like crazy which makes them unusable. Plus they still come off making them redundant when I already have buds.
And worse customer care believed it is because I am not wearing them properly and wont give me a full refund saying there is nothing wrong with them.
So that is the downside to Earfun that is Chinese based. If you have any issue then the customer care really really is the worst you will find. So ultimately beware.

Old model, new to me, excellent.

Got 2020 earfun air buds.( Late to this party)
All the reviews were spot on. Perfect for me, great sound, and for small ears, comfortable fit.
Haven't got much money, so wasted loads on cheap rubbish ones, false economy. Love them!

I have ordered headphones and i have never receved them

I have ordered headphones and i have never receved any confirmation. The response from the contact service was that there was problems in production and gave me two options. To wait for new purchase or to receve refund. I choodes refund and i have never receved it. Still waiting for thair response but for now it looks like a fraud. There is a reason why the price is affordable. Disapointed.

Bought a set of their new pro4 earbuds

Bought a set of their new pro4 earbuds, excellent sound and no issues. Bought another set as a gift unfortunately, they failed to arrive. Emailed earfun store and they sent out a new set straight away. No complaints at all with quality of goods or service. The only thing I would like to see, is say an on line portal to connect with them rather than email, phoning china a non starter.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Kopfhörer sind groß und schwer, habe sie daher gleich retourniert. Außerdem war die Rückgabe total unpraktisch und mit Kosten verbunden. Habe das Produkt seit 3 Wochen retourniert und die Rückgabe ist bis jetzt immer noch nicht abgeschlossen. Nicht zu empfehlen!
