I've ordered some stuff from mydukaan official website... It haven't delivered yet but they said it delivered on my address.... They also took payment in online mode before placing the order... I want my money back 🙏🏻

customer support is nonexistent. there is no phone or chat support. you can send only emails which are never replied to. totally bogus company.

For the contacts they announce 24 to 48 hours to have an answer, it's been more than a week that I'm waiting for a simple question. they are not even able to answer me other than sending me their link of the payment page. As if to say "pay first, we'll get back to you later".
This is really unacceptable for a platform that claims to be an alternative to Shopify and Woocommerce, a leading e-commerce platform. I really feel like they just want me to pay and avoid having to answer me honestly.
On Appsumo, a platform I really like, they put forward their nice phrases that ask more questions than answers. In reality I have the impression that they are amateurs. They may have some good and honest employees who are certainly good at what they do. Unfortunately the company itself apparently has no ambition other than that of fast finance. They have no long term vision simply because of the lack of respect for their customers.
I would have liked to give a positive review but there is no way with Dukaan.io. I'm sorry but I strongly advise against it.

Never go for their paid marketing services. they have wasted 1 lakh rupees recently and justifying themselves that product prices are high. if that is the case than why they are running ads bcoz prices are listed very first day. Literally very immature people are working at backend. and that's the reason they have disabled google reviews.

I tried to order some products from Shivam Traders. The order is still under pending status. Tried calling the contact number +91-9304584743 provided but that guy refused to talk and was telling wrong number for all the calls i made. I wrote this to Dukaan and they said they don't have any idea of the vendor and will not be able to do anything. It is better to ban this app as it support scammers

Man får mælk med sidste salgsdato. Fik forkerte eller ingen varer. De tilbagebetale ikke pant, man skal selv modregne det når man får fakturaen. De vil ikke tage forkert leverede varer med retur. Tilbagemeldingen fra Dukaan var, at de først lige skal ind i kampen. Husk på at det er ældre, måske demente i har som kunder. Elendigt.

I found Dukaan to be an excellent ecommerce platform that is very user-friendly and easy to use. Besides having everything you need to run a successful online store, the platform's support is outstanding. The overall experience with Dukaan is excellent, and I recommend it highly to anyone looking for a reliable and best ecommerce platform.

They arbitrarily ban people from their facebook support group just for asking simple questions. This raises several management issues. If people cannot ask questions in facebook group, why invite them to join in the first place?

I've been using Dukaan for over 9 months now and it's been a real great experience so far. It's one the very easy to use ecommerce platform that has all the essential features a business owner would ever need. I was managing the business manually over WhatsApp and I quickly realized it's not the right way to run a business. Hence, I was looking for a best ecommerce platform for my business and I got to know about Dukaan from one my small business friend and she suggested that it has worked very well for her business as well. When it comes to customer shopping experience, I've had a good positive feedback where customers said they loved the shopping experience and how seamless the checkout experience was. I'd anyday recommend Dukaan to everyone. However, the reason I'm giving 4 stars today is that they have very less themes available and I spoke to their team regarding this and they've promised they'll be adding many new themes very soon so hopefully when that happens I'd love to give it a 5 star.

These people are absolutely fraud.not even delivering product after looting all the money.they remove product from order list.worst and fraud people. Cheapsters

Arrogant founder and PR team. Doesn't care a bit about its customers, have too much of attitude problem. Product seems ok and may improve, but highly risky betting on them. I'd stay away at a pole's distance. Strictly avoid.

I purchased the premium plan and enjoyed the speed and usability. Then I eventually realized that it is exclusively for selling physical products and no digital products, no subscription/membership/marketplace, the canonical URL structure is incorrect, all created pages are messed up, there are only five themes, no blog functions, and no color or theme customization options. When you report a problem or issue, support responds with the excuse that they are working on it, but without a solution to the issues. They have a roadmap. However, it is filled with feature requests that have not yet been implemented. Their social media group blocked and deleted my post, as well as the posts of many other genuine users when they discussed product-related issues and sought resolutions. These are very bad signs for the future and make the product unreliable for my use case.

Amazing product. Very helpful for small businesses to develop their online stores very economically and less work for developers.
