I ordered from this company since December, 2022 until now no refund everytime some kind of excuses now they completely blocked me from sending email.
This company is a scam don’t order from them at all I have so many emails from the with replies

Ordered sheets, . They were delivered to wrong place, got a claims ticket from Canada post,and gave to Mydas. They then as the seller were supposed to do the claims and refund me. I have now been waiting and aguing for 4 month. I will post bad reviews everywhere I possibly can. keep telling me , can you wait 4 more days, can you wait 7 more day . ect....

Pathetic customer service
People are scammers. Ordered mattress covers sent me a hat. I read the same stories by others. We need to warn people about this Fiona not a real name am guessing. 😡😡😡

Now offering refund with 50% handling fee. I usually never order unless I can pay with PayPal, but this was not offered so I took a chance but they got me good this time.

Took my money and never sent product. 😡 I was excited to get the stretchy mattress covers too 😢

I ordered bed covers never received them they sent me a freaking ink pen I really wanted them bed covers they keep lying saying they sent them in December it’s now march I want but anything from overseas again

Absolutely a scam. Recieved a knee brace thing. Sent pictures and said they would refund. They don't. Do a charge back or you will never get your money back

Very Poor service, you guys rip people off. I order mattress cover buy one get 2nd free at the end of Dec 2022. Did not hear anything never received anything. I would appreciate you refund my money for $21.98.

I ordered a velvet sheet on the 3rd of December up to today I never got it or any feedback from the company

Seem to be total scammers

I’ve recently purchased a 2pcs winter mattress last 21st December and they provided a Canada post tracking ID which says delivered in Toronto 9th January (its not even in my delivery address). I didn’t received any item till 11th Jan, so I contacted them thru email (mydnas@vipcservice.) cause they do not have phone numbers in their website. Story short they’re saying I should be raising a claim with Canada post. I had a chance to get in Canada post proof of delivery in that tracking ID which do not have any signature nor required by the shipper. Canada post claim process is—merchant should be raising the claim!

I didn’t received any response back from mydnas customer service since then!!

I just fortunately had a dispute with my bank!

I ordered a mattress cover. Said it was delivered 12/6/2022. Full of crap Never received it. scammers.

j'ai commander et payer une housse de matelas gris grandeur queen.jamais recu et le suivi de tracking me dise a poste canada le 5/12/22 a 12.43hrs.j'ai contacter posta canada et il non rien a mon nom et le numero de tracking n'existe pas chez eux. j'ai envoyer plusieurs email qui me répondre par le numero de tracking. j'ai communiquer avec ma carte de credit et eux mon rembourser et vont poursuivre le vendeur

I order from Mydnas in November and my tracking number is saying it was delivered but not to my address. Mydnas keep telling me that they delivered the package that I need to check with the postal office & I did. They can't locate my package neither. I feel if you got my money for this order you should send me my package or refund my money back.

Could not deliver my parcel and they are just tracking canada post. Both of them are not taking responsibility of wrong thing.

It’s a scam!! Don’t ever order to this website! I ordered 4 winter mattress protective covers but they sent me a pair of leg compression knee braces. What the heck! I emailed their customer service but never got a reply. I disputed the transaction thru my bank instead.

Ordered bedding was sent an ugly necklace was told order delivered when order has not been received requested refund since they have had my money since December 2 and no response SCAM!!!!!!
