MyClean is so professional. They are always on time, and easy to make plans with. they handle any changes and requests smoothly and its a pleasure to walk into a clean house with no drama. I wanted them to use something different on the floors, they changed immediately. I emailed for them to clean a special vent in my apartment and now everytime its cleaned. I love how I only have to ask once and it's done. Also its a pleasure to be able to jot an email instead of writing notes etc. I highly recommend this service for any busy professional.

We used for the first time over the weekend and were very happy with the results and follow-up. Our cleaner was Mona-Lisa was so sweet and thorough! We have requested her as our new bi-weekly cleaner. Their web interface is easy to navigate, up to date, and the price of around $70 for a bi-weekly appointment is very reasonable. By being the cleaning company who operates 100% above-board, they are able to compete and win over the long-run. They've built a culture of honesty, in an industry where it is lacking. And they've done so in a way that makes it easier to recruit and retain good employees, which leads to more consistent service, and which leads to longer customer relationships.

They made a bet that the right ethics would lead to a stronger business, and it's great to see it paying off for them.

The thing that really makes MyClean stand out from so many other services is how easy it is to book. The online booking is fantastic and I can't understand why more services still require you to call and seem to have no availability. MyClean is also really easy to get in touch with via email, which is really helpful.

I have used MyClean on many occasions and have had all three levels of cleaning (wow, they aren't kidding when they say "Deep Clean", they get EVERYWHERE), and all were very thorough and appropriately priced. I recommend MyClean to people all of the time.

We've had the best experience with this company. We started with the deep clean (super thorough) a couple of times and then signed up for regular cleans. I don't know where to start. Customer service is great. Online booking is easy. They leave a detailed checklist of what they've done. If there's anything specific we want them to clean, they usually do it with no additional charge. Our building gives us notifications when guests arrive, and MyClean is always punctual (even early). You can request the same cleaner if there's one that you find does a particularly good job. It's never come up for us, but I've heard that they have a pretty no-questions-asked policy if you found that they've damaged anything, which is reassuring.

I have had 3 cleans with myclean and every time it has been an exceptional clean. Couldn't ask for more, and ordering another already for this week. We go a few months on end without giving our place a good cleaning and they make it spotless. Organize your room and make any specification you have granted. They run a great business.

I used MyClean for the first on Sunday, and I have to say I am very impressed. The website was easy and intuitive to use and navigate. The cleaner came close to the start time and was friendly and personable.

She came with her own supplies, but I showed here where mine were so that the specialty products were available to her. She began in the kitchen where she did a good job on the stove and counters. She also wiped the inside of the microwave. There was a stain on my white countertop that I pointed out to her. She asked if I had bleach and was able to use that to get most of the stain off.

Then she went around and cleaned the living room. She did a complete job dusting things and lifting things up and moving them around so that all the surfaces sparkled. She did a great job in the bar area making sure that everything was especially clean. After that, she went on to do the bedroom. The bedroom was pretty neat, but she dusted in there too.

From there, she went on to do the bathroom. The bathroom required the most cleaning, and this is where she really was able to shine. She scrubbed the toilet, sink, and bathtub / shower. It looked and smelled very clean afterwards.

Finally, she went on to do the floors. She did a nice and through job on the floors, which I asked her to pay special attention to. She vacuumed first and was good about get the corners and edges. Then she mopped the floors to get them sparkling clean.

I will definitely be using my clean again, and I would recommend the service to a friend.

I signed up for a cleaning via my tablet which was incredibly easy and convenient. My cleaner Terry came right on time with all the supplies she needed to get the job done. She was funny and hard working and even cleaned some spots I never noticed needed cleaning! I have a pug and she was very pet friendly as well.

I have already recommended MyClean to three friends, two of whom have booked and been very happy as well! Will absolutely continue to use MyClean in the future.
