Fantastic experience
Recently got my car serviced and was really happy with the cost, customer service and overall experience. They were very clear and transparent with what needed doing and why, and then also what could be done but could also wait until a later date if needed. Really happy and will definitely be back.

830 booking. Arrive at 815. Was told job would be complete most likely late afternoon.
Upon pickup, was told I have a broken stud and a free spinning nut.
Everything was in working order before arrival. Was no attempt to fix the issue and was advised how to go about fixing externally at my own expense.
Price paid for tyres was great, customer service was however not.

Honest team and great workmanship
Honest team and great workmanship, have been to a few mechanics in Wollongong however when I needed my brakes done MyCar was convenient. They gave me upfront pricing and even fixed a problem my previous mechanic left for them at no extra charge. Went back again this year for tyres and they didn't push me on any unnecessary up sell and once again the pricing was upfront, will be back again. I don't often feel compelled to leave reviews but the team at Wollongong MyCar are great.
