Great service
I was able to book a time that suited me with work and it’s a convenient location for me as I work in the same shopping centre and I’m unable to travel to pick up my car so I can leave it while I’m at work and come back after work and the car is ready to go.

Best all round service
Great service while making the booking directly with the team, easy location next to main shopping mall.
One the day, dropped my car in for the service and had tit back in less time than originally quoted. Great due to the car being my main source of income.
Highly recommend this team.

Tom and Travis were great
Tom and Travis were great. They squeezed us in for a puncture repair and made time to replace all tyres (as they needed it).
Had the tyres in stock, offered sensible and practical advice, didn’t pressure us to change any of them, and then were able to get the job done in a timely fashion.

Friendly customer service from Tom and Travis
I’ve been bringing my car to MyCar (and previously Kmart Tyre & Auto) for the past 8 years and will continue to do so especially with the professional customer service from Tom and Travis. Both the guys were exceptionally amazing to deal with and were incredibly patient with me when I became frustrated with my car issue. Tom and Travis went above and beyond to resolve the issue and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Both Tom and Travis are genuine and trustworthy guys and I appreciate their friendly customer service. Thank you guys! See you at my next service.

Very helpful with tyre care plan
The team were very helpful while fixing the punctured tyre which was damaged because of small gutter incident. Didn’t charge anything. But wish they can also fix the wheel rim in their store.

Ie so we checked oil filter changed oil/or even did this, this and this. Specifics are nice when you just tick boxes online. And verbal confirmation is appreciated.
