Tyre shine not applied
I had my tyres replaced recently.
They did not put on the tyre shine , which I believe would have looked good on my car.
I will come back if you agree to put the tyre shine.

Not smooth sailing at Sylvania
Ordering the tyres via the web site was easy but when choosing an installation time/date only 4 days were offered. Payment was accepted and a date chosen.
About 30 minutes after dropping off the car, I was informed that the purchased tyres were not available and I was offered the in-house Continental brand (for the same price). Not happy with this situation. If tyres are not available they should not be sold.
I wonder how often customers are "pushed" into buying the in-house brand???
The service team were good (once the problem was identified). They fitted the in-house tyres & brakes quickly and let me know once completed.
UPDATE: The MyCar response seems to be the standard comments made to every low review. No explaination of why the issues happened, just keep quiet!

I FOUND MYSELF A TYRE MECHANIC
The Stand Out For Mycar Tyre & Auto in Sylvania South Gate is the professionalism, efficiency & strong communication especially during the servicing/Tyre Replacement when a recommendation is required by the team.
I have a fleet of 6 Cars & I've never been disappointed. Highly recommend these guys for reliability. You won't be disappointed.
