Great service prompt. Unsure if they damaged my car. So I will leave it at that as I only went two places that day. One had footage proving it was not them.

The car keys I picked up after hours were put in the wrong box from what I was told.
As soon as I got into the car, one of the parking light were broken but it wasn’t when I drove in the morning!

They explained everything really well and thoroughly. They allowed me to google things so I had a better understanding on what was wrong and how things worked. They recorded and sound my car was making for better understand that it wasn’t a normal sound to be hearing. They gave me a full cost breakdown as to the total bill and gave a clear indication of wheat was a priority to be fixed now and what could wait till another time. Overall Amazing communication.

Staff are always helpful and friendly

Well to start everything seemed great , then I was billed for a wheel alignment I didn’t ask for and with no tyre rotation or purchase of new tyres did it even need it . Two problems that I did ask to be looked at seemed to be ignored and listed in repairs to be carried out of which I already knew about . One of these repairs was a front blinker bulb which was noted on the job sheet when I dropped the car off . I was also told that my tyres were at a stage where they needed replacing otherwise I could get booked by police, this prompted me to see a local inspection mechanic who said they still had legal life in them but was more concerned that the car was released with a faulty blinker. Regardless of these complaints the work carried out was satisfactory.
