I found the staff to be most polite & friendly. Professionalism was also a major factor in assuring me my car was once again safe to drive without concern.

They sorted out a flat tyre problem for me and got me a great deal on a replacement, then topped off the great service with a welcome wheel alignment check. Top job by the great guys at MyCar South Perth.

I went in for a simple logbook service. The service was finished much quicker than I had anticipated. The mechanic that called me to discuss the quote and tell me the car was ready was super friendly and discussed the issue with my car clearly. Overall, my experience here was much better than some of the other mechanics i’ve been to. Well done team!

I received a call at 2:00pm telling me that there would be additional costs, as spark plugs needed to be replaced. I was quoted an amount of $45 per spark plug. I was also told that the wipers needed to be replaced at a cost of $17 each. I was only provided with the costs when I expressly asked what the costs would be. I was given a broad figure as a total which I was struggling to understand, but was conscious of the time so just rushed the go ahead. The car was supposed to be picked up at 2:30pm as per my original booking. I was then told that they would need more time, so I reluctantly agreed to a 4:30pm pick up. When we arrived for pick up at 4:30pm, the bill was a mess, with incorrect charges for the wipers, and an additional $90 odd for labour involved with the replacement of the spark plugs. I do not understand why there was an additional charge when the car was already being worked on, this seems grossly unconscionable. I have worked on cars myself, replacing spark plugs takes minutes at best. If the car is already being worked on, there should be no need for any additional charges other than the cost of the spark plugs. The car was also not ready, the wheel alignment hadn't been done, so we had to wait. We then noticed some comments about a squealing noise in the drive belt on the paperwork. This was never raised nor discussed with us. We would have liked to have it sorted. The whole thing was not at all a good experience. We thought we would try you out to get tyres and a service done at the same venue, but the whole experience has been disappointing.

Just poor customer service -saying to my son we can’t fix the globe in your headlight - is simply disgraceful ! - I have 3 other cars that- mycar service —-all of these vehicles will be taken elsewhere to get serviced from now on.

I had two new run-flat tyres added to my small BMW SUV. And I was advised to return for wheel alignment as soon as able. I thought this extra work would have been done when the tyres were added. Can you advise me as to why it wasn't part of the initial work.

Professional- explained things to me and didn’t try to rip me off like my previous service garage.
