Very friendly, helpfull and great communication.

came in for a potential tyre replacement and left with the team doing an amazing job patching up the puncture saving me from getting a new tyre. Kai has such a welcoming presence and a fantastic team!! will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to mycar rowville!

The guys immediately drove my car into the service bay to inspect the issue with the tyres. One had a nail in it which was resulting in drop in tyre pressure. The nail was removed and the puncture repaired. All within 25 minutes and only $49.

Asked for work done as indicated on old quote. None of this work was done.
Instead was told work would cost around $1100, was not told this did not include work that I asked for.
Total invoice was unexpectedly over $1500, along with a new quote showing the work I took the car in for on the first place (which was still not done). Some of the work may have been needed, but for other work I'm guessing the store was overstocked on parts and needed a car to install the surplus parts on. I don't have any other explanation.

Rowville my car has always been the place to go when we need help. Came with a nail in the tyre and knew we needed a change soon. They gave us a great deal on the spot and left that day with everything fixed up.

The staff at My Car in Rowville were patient and helpful in advising me of the particular type of tyres that our car required. They were able to source these specific tyres within a few days, and expertly fitted the tyres with a full wheel alignment within a few hours. We will certainly be using My Car in Rowville again in future for all our car tyre and servicing needs.

Although the Car had only done 32ks the Tires had to be replaced due to it being 11 years old to pass a roadworthy test in Queensland.
