Our new mechanic. We had troubles with our car the afternoon before. I called up the team at mycar Rosanna and they took my car in within 30mins for a repair and service. They provided honest advice on replacement items and were reasonable with the time and cost allocated to the repair. Shout out to Eric - super professional, honest and helpful. Made the process easy.

I was given an appointment in a timely manner and I was able to receive good service where my car was looked over and repaired accordingly. The mechanic was polite.

The man on the phone was incredibly rude and unable to explain what worked needed done without presenting as aggressive. Unsure if this was the mechanic who did the service but I would not recommend them and won’t be coming back.

Technician promptly attended and advised that my punctured tyre cannot be repaired and need to be replaced. I informed that I needed it changed to get to work so I will need to purchase a new one. He did not offer any option and told me it cost around $200. He collected payment and returned with new tyre after attending to another customer. He informed that he cannot fit the new tyre as he was alone and I need to return on Monday to fit it. He said meantime I have to continue driving with the spare tyre. I informed him that it was not safe driving with the spare tyre for the next 2 days. I requested for refund so that I can go somewhere else to fit a new tyre the same day. He got angry and shouted to me saying that I forced him to change the tyre. He walked away angrily to get his tool to fit the new tyre. He took less than a few minutes to finish the task hastily and throw the spare tyre on the floor. Then he walked off. It was a very unpleasant and upsetting experience. I walked over to ask for his name. He reluctantly said 'Hamid'. I walked to my car to load the spare tyre. Hamid walked over and asked politely if there is anything else I needed. I told him that his attitude is not right. He said he told me he was alone and walked away angrily. Won't return again.

Had my brakes fixed here after Kia messed up. Service was fast and the guys were very friendly.

The crew at Rosanna MyCar were great and attended to my emergency (i.e. repairing my punctured tyres) no questions asked. Highly recommend them.

If it was possible to provide a negative star in this instance I would. The staff at My Car Rosanna are swindlers, masquerading as mechanics. Never ever take your car there!

Thanks to Kael who very kindly attended to my flat tire. Unfortunately it was beyond repair so he swapped it for the spare. No charge.

On the 29.4.2025 I took my car to Rosanna my car, to sort out my over heating problem. They were employed to fix it. The car is only driven about 2 times a week around Rosanna... Saturday the 2/8 the car overheated in peak hour traffic(for the first time) on a very cold evening.
Once I checked the radiator and coolant reservoir the next day, I could see dirty water in the radiator and clearer water in the coolant bottle .. There was no evidence of any coolant as costed on their document.
In addition, you think after flushing the cooling system,
I can't believe they put back a very dirty rusted radiator cap back on.. Which I cleaned. The stains are still there.
This cost me $530.00. I was felt assured that they would have done the job they were hired to do.
I took the car back on the morning of 4th for an explanation of the $530 that I paid for with no signs of coolant, the dirty cap, and the over heating car that they were employed to do. All I got was that the coolant just have turned into dirty water and that there must be other issues- since there document states coolant overheating inspection carried out.
There was $320 labour and $160 new coolant???????

In addition to showing them the water in the radiator,
they poured green coolant in, clearly because there was none in the first place and now there is, conveniently covering my issue to disguise their inferior work..
Luckily, I took pictures of the water in the radiator before they top it up with green coolant and put it in the dirty water

They didn't do the job properly, took no responsibility and blamed other components off- handed on the car.
Which the were employed exactly a few months before

I don't buy their story and am gravely disappointed in My Car.. I had the false illusion that I wouldn't have to worry... However this is going to the top office and to be published. Alot with the photographs I took beforehand.

The team at Rosanna are extremely helpful and friendly. Always willing to go the mile to help.
