Overall nice experience, Harry was easy and knowledgeable.

Very impressed with the high level of service. Recently, had two of our cars serviced. Both occasions, they performed outstanding repairs.

Unfortunately, one single person with an attitude undo all the good work from the rest of the team.
The person at the front counter is downright rude and does not seem to have much care about customer service. May be best to keep him in the back room. Otherwise would have been a pleasant experience

Easy drop off and pick up due to locality. Finished on time. Told us brakes to be done next service therefore extra charge not needed till next service.

I trust Jeremy and his staff at point cook more than I trust the dealer. Will definitely be using mycar for all of my beloved car's services. Very happy :)

Good service. I was notified about all extra jobs in advance and the total service cost.
However the staff was a bit unfriendly. I had better experiences at MyCar Werribee and MyCar Tarneit.

Great using the tyre care plan for a free repair, but the reps at the desk were very vague and I wasn't sure until I was given my car back if I had the repair for free. Some assurance about the repair/replacement being free would've been nice.

Online booking system is easy to use and when you arrive for your booked service everything is double checked before work starts. The actual service and workmanship is fantastic.

The booking call was excellent. Very polite and helpful. At the cite it was great but during collection I was a little unnerved by two staff members having an exchange in front of customers. That was a real downer. Perhaps the senior staff can wait to question the junior staff after customers leave so that the junior staff doesn't feel the need to defend himself in front of customers. Otherwise, the service was great.
