Staff were friendly and professional, the car was inspected quickly and I was able to pick it up at my convenience. Online booking was very helpful, as was being able to pay online ahead of my service.

Excellent professional and friendly customer service. Mitsubishi 150,000Kms log book service comprehensively explained and a competitive quote given. The Manager informed me when an issue emerged during the service which was then satisfactorily resolved. Thank you Tyson and team.

Recent service hit and miss…
Service was done in the day and they did a comprehensive check of everything for me.
Unfortunately the follow up has been lacking. On the day of the service I was told that I would be given a quote for extra repairs. I’ve reached out once to follow this up, and a week later I still haven’t heard anything.
On the day of the service I was told to bring the car around a week later to check for even wear. When I did they didn’t really know why I was there and didn’t even really check the car in the end. It was all a bit strange. Still waiting for the quote.
Probably will just get it from elsewhere at this stage.
