Great from start to finish. They were quick to book me in, once they had diagnosed my car they gave me a call to get the go ahead for additional work and costs. They sent a text message once the work was complete. Great communication and the car ran very smoothly afterwards. Overall great experience.

Absolutely disgusting … was quoted $4500 for work 2 other mechanics confirmed didn’t need to happen and they failed to recognize the issue was a simple battery replacement. One of the young mechanics working there was brilliant.. he was honest when I picked my car up and told me what I needed to do .. wasn’t until later that day the manager gave me the written quote of $4500.
I will never again use MyCar service Palmerston .. or anywhere for fear of similar service… and will continue to tell people close to me to do the same

1 tyre of my car was cracked and I dropped off wheel after they changed the tyre, I come to store but they did not put into the car they just give me tyre and charge the whole amount then I need to do it myself.
