Highly Recommended for Practical and Cost Friendly Advice and Work
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide good advice. Their estimation of the time required to work on my car has proven to be accurate. They communicate clearly and will always advise me by phone of any unexpected discoveries and seek my approval for any necessary actions. I rely on the time between services rather than kilometres travelled (about 9,500km a year) for my servicing. This can result in having to choose between skipping a particular service or using another. My Car staff offer detailed advice before I make a decision on which to choose. Experience has not led me to regret my decisions; I am confident that the manufacturer's logbook servicing details are followed. I believe My Car's advice has saved me money and provided the best maintenance of my car on every occasion. I recommend My Car and will return to My Car North Lakes.
