Mark goes above and beyond to fix my problem
It started as simple annual basic service. But we discovered some issues with the car that were not anticipated. The staff were super helpful. And the replacement items were priced very reasonably. To top it all off, the driver's side window failed to close as I was about to pick up the car. The mechanic, Mark, went above and beyond the original call to diagnose the problem. Took apart the door and narrowed down to faulty window switch. He managed to at least close the window before I drove away; and also ordered the replacement part for me. Although I still need to return for another appointment, to replace the window switch, and to replace rear brakes. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied.

The team at My Car have been my mechanics of choice from the start. They've explained in real language that I understand, anything that has needed attention on my car, identified anything that may be a future issue and gotten parts promptly. They are also affordable and keep to the price they quote. I feel confident that I'm in good hands. Would recommend them without question.
