Fantastic service and experience. Not only was Justin efficient and well spoken, but he also explained the circumstance easily enough for me to understand as someone who is pretty clueless about cars. In addition, ‘My Car’ had given me an estimated time of 2-4, to which I had told them that I would be home and available all day just in case. Justin managed to message me at 1 to inform me he could be there early, and arrived at 1:30, which was fantastic, as I now have time to still complete some afternoon tasks with the time I have left this afternoon.

5 star job, 5 star efficiency, and 5 star customer service. I will definitely be using their services again in future should I need them.

I ordered on 5th June online and made an appointment on 12th June and took a day off from work but in the morning the store called and said the tyres are not in store yet...then had to wait another 2 weeks to get the job done...was really disappointing and will be my last time using my car...

Only disappointing thing after I had booked and paid online I found an offer from LinkT for $40 off my service but it was ‘too late’ to get the discount I wouldn’t book online again for that reason

The young man who served me was very helpful. When I asked him to check the age of the tyres from manufacture he did so without question. The service was very quick. He also had a smile on his face and gave us the best price he could.
