When I initially booked online I noted I needed a new front light, but this was not done. I was unavailable to be called, so that was on me, but when i missed the call, it was added to a quote, not actually done.
When i queried why it was on the quote, it was admitted it was missed on the booking, and fixed straight away.

I drove to Mycar and booked in personally. When I showed on the day of service they said i wasnt booked. However, they did accommodate me and staff were very friendly. They couldnt find the fault but advised they would put new batteries in my key as it was likely that. Car didnt start again the next day. I took it back and booked it in again for 2 days later. Again when I arrived they had no record of my booking. I took the car elsewhere and they advised me the batteries in the key hadnt been changed and were flat. Other service provider changed batteries and I have had no trouble since.

Thomas and the team were very thorough with the safety inspection and were very honest in recommending what needed immediate attention.
They were able to replace a radiator on the same day. It's nice to have a company I can trust with servicing my car. Thanks team

One of my tyres was recently punctured by a nail and could not be repaired. MyCar fitted a new compatible tyre on a few hours' notice. The job was completed in about one hour as promised. Prompt and efficient service

the guys at Marion My Car once again came up Aces with working with me and my schedule for substantial repairs to my car this week. After identifying a problem that couldn't be finished that day due to time, they made sure my car was safe to drive and return the next morning so that they could check out the issues. Once identified they only charged for parts and not labour and did it while I was there so that I could have the car as soon as possible. Again, no problem with the positive and conscientious work ethics and considerate approach to customer satisfaction. Definitely will be staying with them to care for my car and based on my experience over the past 4 years, I recommend anyone to do the same. A+ for mechanical repairs, work ethics and customer service.
