AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Took eight days to get my car back with terrible client service, or let me say no service! I had to ring each day to get an update and all I received were excuses as to why it was taking so long. I don’t think my car was even looked at until day three. Six days in and I was told the part would take two days to arrive, so I took it upon myself to find from another mechanic and hand delivered on the same day. They tried to overcharge and blame me for having my car on the hoist for 3 days. I was advised that they lost business because of my car, but no you lost business because you don’t know the first thing about client service, communication and being honest. AVOID this mechanic (Mick) at all costs. Worst experience ever!!!

Ashton was very professional and he and his team fixed the issues in my car. I had an oil change and anti-freeze service a couple of weeks ago and my oil pressure light came on. I phoned and Ashton picked up and stepped me through the process for road side assist and ensured that my car be delivered to manuka. He and his team fixed the issue swiftly and I was happy with the service. I would happily recommend MyCar Manuka to anyone.
