Went above the normal service by checking things that I hadn't thought about and informing me prior to fixing the problems

They were on time, the work done properly and they notified me when it was finished , I’ve always had a very satisfactory experience with this business .

Easy to deal with. Rang to ask about other work before starting. On time and reasonably prived

I was happy with the service, pricing and staff however unhappy with the amount of greasy hand prints over the bonnet, guards and doors. Also had greasy hand marks on the steering wheel and door trims. Maybe make sure mechanics look at the finer details.

My tires were in poor condition so doing the wheel balancing was a waste of time and money and I should have been notified at the time as I took my car to a tyre shop after balancing and they told me this

Simple booking process for standard service and good turn around time.friendly professional staff on front desk. A bit of clean up/wipe over around oil filter to mop up spills would not of gone astray.
