We got both a speedy and professional approach when we needed a Roadworthy Certificate before Christmas. Chris was willing to incorporate extra work on Christmas Eve so that the certificate could be provided. Communication was easy and courteous.

Puncture repair
I booked in on a Saturday after being unsuccessful with other tyre service providers.
They quoted me an hour wait but I was pleasantly surprised when my puncture was fixed in 15minutes.
The staff at Lilydale were lovely.
I was very grateful for efficient service at a great price!

Used Mycar before. Easy to deal with and have had no issues or problems. Good price, very happy and will definately be back for my next set.

Good service
It was quick. Everything was explained to me. I was phoned to explain an issue with my car so I could make any decisions necessary. Staff were polite and friendly.

Dropped it off on the Tuesday
Dropped it off on the Tuesday, did not get diagnosis and expected cost til Thursday, and car then not ready til Friday. Also, union discount equates to 10% & I adv him of this on the phone. However, only $15 discount applied on invoice, & $15 was well below the 10% of overall service total! So, all around customer service not good. Yet, I have been there a few times previously. There's a better MyCar in Doncaster!

Courtesy without a car
I didnt have any transport after dropping my car off so Chris dropped me back home and when the service was complete he came and picked me up again and we went back to the workshop to pay the bill
