Told me my right rear number plate…
Told me my right rear number plate light was out but didn’t tell me my brake lights were out too.
Also had to take it back as they didn’t put a part back on properly that the fan was howling.
I have another car so don’t drive this car everyday to pick up on it straight away

The new tyres were efficiently fitted on time.
The fitting of new tyres started on time at 2.30pm and were completed about an hour later at 3.30pm which was very efficient by the Keysborough Team. A very positive customer service experience...

I used to give 5 stars for your company…
I used to give 5 stars for your company service but this time that was very bad. The car was booked for 9am and expect to finish at 12pm for basic service. I came to the office at Keysborough at 12:00pm and realized they did not even start the job. I also had a flat tyre that I would like to fix but they mentioned that it is not possible to fix this flat tyre. I will tell this story to friends and relatives unless a mitigation solution is offered.

We took our car to My Car in Parkmore.
We took our car to My Car in Parkmore, Keysborough for a repair, which we have done many times previously.
And we dropped our car off this morning, and we got a phone call from Mr Singh to say our car was fixed and ready to be picked up, fast, efficient and reasonably priced, which is why we always use My Car at Parkmore, Keysborough.

Arrived at 8Am next morning to pick up…
Arrived at 8Am next morning to pick up spare Tyre after a repair and waited until till 8:20 and nobody showed up. I need to be at work close by at 8.30 so had to leave. I work un till 5pm so I returned at 5:12 to pick up spare and asked if they could put it on the car rather than drive home on a space saver. but although there were 2 vacant hoistes I was told they were too busy and its too close to closing. we'll had they of been there at 8am it wouldn't have been a problem.
