Great service and easy to talk to staff and they made sure to make me feel like the car was in good hands

Thank you so much Mr Singh and Coby - my dashboard alert all lighted up on the way back from my midnight shift and was really scary. I went in to MyCar Parkmore and Mr Singh and Coby accommodated me straight away and did a car scan for free and made sure all are only electronic glitch no issue with the car.

Told me my right rear number plate light was out but didn’t tell me my brake lights were out too.
Also had to take it back as they didn’t put a part back on properly that the fan was howling.
I have another car so don’t drive this car everyday to pick up on it straight away

The fitting of new tyres started on time at 2.30pm and were completed about an hour later at 3.30pm which was very efficient by the Keysborough Team. A very positive customer service experience...

I used to give 5 stars for your company service but this time that was very bad. The car was booked for 9am and expect to finish at 12pm for basic service. I came to the office at Keysborough at 12:00pm and realized they did not even start the job. I also had a flat tyre that I would like to fix but they mentioned that it is not possible to fix this flat tyre. I will tell this story to friends and relatives unless a mitigation solution is offered.
