I booked a tyre replacement appointment…
I booked a tyre replacement appointment and was told to bring my car in at 4 pm. When I arrived, the staff looked surprised and couldn't find my booking, and the tyre hadn't been ordered. I had cancelled other appointments to attend, so this was very frustrating. I was disappointed by how the situation was handled and felt there was little acknowledgement of the inconvenience.

Excellent service
My husband dropped my car off as I have been unwell. He said that the staff were very curtious and apologetic because it took all day. I had a lot of work done on the car and it was cheaper than what they quoted me.
