Our car was serviced quickly and efficiently. We were given an approximate time that the car would be ready and that we would be notified once the car was ready, which is exactly what happened. We were emailed a detailed tax invoice which included all the service details and the service details were completed in the car’s log book. Very happy with everything.

Received a quote for my service so I knew what to expect. Was called within 2 hours with a full quote/explanation of the work that needed to be completed. Was finished by 3:00 that afternoon (was given reasonable expectation of how long it would take). Great experience- everyone was friendly and helpful. Long time customer - will continue to use :)

The team at MyCar did a great job with servicing our BYD, been here a few times before and always happy with the service.

A wheel alignment was conducted without notification and then expected to find money for. Systems were down so couldn't even put it on credit. When they called to ask if I want to replace my brakes pads and discs, they mentioned systems were down but didn't mention services that day had to be paid by bank transfer only. It would have been nice to know this information when asking if I wanted extra above what was already paid so I could make informed decisions about payment. Absolutely ridiculous that I was not told earlier that bank transfers were required.

The service of the car went as expected. I was annoyed that I was told that there would be no need to pay to get out of the parking area, it would be validated by MyCar automatically. Minutes later I am having to pay to get my car out of the parking area while traffic is backing up behind me.

Got my car serviced with MyCar Garden City, team was absolutely lovely and helpful. Pricing for service was reasonable. Had issues with my brakes and problem wasn’t found, after service it continued so i called back next day and they pulled brakes apart and replaced brakes all free of charge, problems fixed. Definitely coming here as my new mechanic, amazing job guys :)

I got 4x tyres replaced and it took less than hour. Great service and very prompt!
