I got one tire fitted, not sure what happened but I paid less than original price/quote I got online. Good customer service/communication. Next time my car needs anything I'm going here.

Justin and his team are always very helpful with good advice and good customer service. We have been going to them for years with different types of cars and different needs. They are always very professional and helpful.

really easy and smooth service
really easy and smooth service. not sure of the blokes name who served me but very clear, quick and easy. only needed one tyre changed so not the biggest job ever but got it done within half an hour and i was good to go :) cheers guys will definitely be back

Super helpful and quick
Needed headlight bulb replaced. Not only did they fit me in on a busy day, but the guys did it for free and it all took less than 20 minutes!

OMG John is amazing!
OMG John is amazing!! I phoned up right before closing time with an ‘emergency tire alert’ showing on my car, he generously said come in right away and would check it over!
He fixed it right away as he said it would be hard to get it in over the weekend.
Thank you so so much for you time and great service will definitely be coming back!!!!! THANK YOU

Truly helpful at short notice - amazing service
The guys at MyCar Duncraig helped with a last minute request on a Friday afternoon without hesitations: My daughter needed her heavily unbalanced tires balanced at very short notice to travel downsouth after the car she was meant to drive broke down. I called MyCar Duncraig at 4:50pm on a Friday, and after hearing about my daughter's needs, they waited for her passed their closing time, balanced 4 tires, and didn't charge her a penny to help her out! Amazing service. They went out of their way to give my daughter a hand. Needless to say they are my go-to mechanics from then on.

Having just returned from living in…
Having just returned from living in Queensland for the last 10 years and unfamiliar with any local mechanics, I took my car to Duncraig Mycar and could not be more happy with my experience.
John diagnosed and fitted the appropriate parts in timely, professional and cost effective manner.
Such a pleasure to deal with open and honest people.
Wouljd have no hesitation in recommending their service to anyone who is interested.

My Car Tyre & Auto Duncraig was such a great experience. John answered the phone late afternoon offered to check my Tyre that I suspected had a puncture. He identified it did …and squeezed me in to fix it. I was so thankful for the amazing efficiency and service I will definitely be back again and recommend to everyone.
