On Xmas eve needed help with my oil
On Xmas eve needed help with my oil. Rang my car auto Deakin and they said to drop in anytime that day snd they would have a look. The guy there saw to me immediately. Sorted out my problem. He was very quick helpful and to top it off, he didn’t charge. Made my Xmas. Thank you do much.

Such a great experience at MyCar Deakin! My wing mirror lens was replaced promptly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. The staff are so friendly, courteous and helpful and they really know their jobs. They also go above and beyond in responding to specific situations. I have mobility issues and it was vastly easier for me to have a coffee next door than to have to go home and come back again. Imagine my delight to be called back within the hour to collect my car!

Quick and efficient service, friendly, no-nonsense. Staff were helpful and flexible, despite my late arrival for the job. Transparent about costs and didn’t encourage me to purchase something I didn’t need. Sensible advice. Great all round.

Process was easy from start to finish. When I called to add a service to my booking, it was accommodated easily. Communication great, service friendly and kind and explained thoroughly, all questions answered and car is running great now.

Did a good job
Did a good job, staff very helpful.
Unfortunately, someone changed the screen that shows me my speed. It is now a screen that shows a lot more but too small for me to see as I’m driving.
Also altered the lights. So my lights are not on automatically and the headlights do not respond as they did previously.
