MyCar changed the rear brakes on my Porsche Macan. The price was competitive, the work was carried out professionally and the job was completed ahead of schedule. All my experiences with MyCar have been positive. I would recommend MyCar to all my friends and relatives.

Have been here before and had no issue, usually lovely service. However this time (may have been new owners), was given no information upon drop off and missed some info upon pick up.

In addition, what's the point of putting down a pick-up time if they don't even look at the car prior to said time? Had an issue with my car and wasn't even provided with an approximate cost or to fix issue, with no further communication surrounding it.

They do the job, but unfortunately lacked a bit of service which can be improved to jump it back to 4-5 star.

Start to finish it was truly satisfactory

Staff are always friendly and helpful and for the 5 years we have been taking our cars for a service, we have never had problems. I highly recommend them.

The Mycar service man was upfront with questions posed to him. They told me how much the service was going to cost and phoned me when car was ready. Really happy with service .

The Shop Manager Mo and the staffs are very cooperative. Once I had an issue with my car and it was an emergency that they identified quickly and fixed it. Always upfront with the cost will incur and provides clear explanation what is been done post servicing.
