Sam kept me up to date with timings of collecting my vehicle. They were under-staffed (Christmas period) but the service was still exceptional.
They also let me know the breakdown of costs with the printout of what was done, when I paid.

Overall I got good experience on servicing for my car. They attended to it on-time and they always check with customer and notify if there is any recommendation to change parts or anything.

Great friendly team, excellent service.Came to get a compliance check for an interstate rego, and have kept coming back.

Very helpfull, no worries about changing the time and helped with my wheel chair which they folded and put on my ute. The only problem is the office doors aren't electric and i coulnt get inside the office to pay the bill, so they came outside so I could pay the bill. WELL DONE THE CAS MY CAR TEAM

Excellent service, fast work

Disappointed, I had emailed when booking the car saying I wanted the transmission fluid changed. On the day the car was booked in I was told they don't like to work on Holden transmissions. When I expressed my frustration, they, agreed to quote for the job $$$$$$$$. I would have booked somewhere else had I known they were only able to do half of the work.

Good team. Only issue was that the tyres I wanted were not in stock.

I booked my car in specifally for a problem I'd had with a strange noise and it not running smoothly, running rough and worried it was going to break down on me.
Checked if I was due for a service, which I was, so said while you are looking at that problem, may as well do a service as well.
Picked up car,.service was done but was told would need to bring back for further investigation of the problem I had.
Told I had to bring back during the week
I cannot do during the week until school holidays, so now have to drive around for 5 weeks with it running rough, and some sort of problem. I called up in the first place to get this problem fixed, this was the priority NOT the service.. would have liked the problem to be fixed,.and the service could have been rebooked!!!!!!!! Not happy

My experience was exceptional, staff were really friendly and handled all my needs necessary. I will definitely be booking my car in again when needed.
