Very helpful. Nothing was too much

If I could go 0 I would, when driving off my car pulled hard to the left even though I got a wheel alignment and never did before the service. Asked them to check and they reluctantly did it, did another wheel alignment and said yes it was slightly off but took no blame. No the car is still pulling to the left. Also booked a logbook service yet my log book was not filled out, I now think nothing was done and I got scammed

They have advised my car was fixed the mechanic has tested and to
come and collect within seconds of driving
this was not the case and if not returned to mechanic this would of been a breakdown on the road which is less than ideal.
Amazing this was not noticed by the mechanic.
I noticed and I know nothing about cars.

Mentioned to the manager and he advised he had already had bookings and couldn’t give the attention needed.
I would’ve been happy to wait till convenient than breakdown in the middle of the road.

Left feeling a lack of experience as diagnosis
on finding a issue.

Delivery didn't happen,they don't reply to ebay questions and don't answer their phones. I found 2 different numbers and spent over 2hrs trying to speak to someonejust ring out. Have reported them to ebay and trading standards. They're not shy about taking your money and sending out an invoice it's just the goods they don't like parting with.

You service team are polite and I was contacted as soon as my car was available I love the 2 free rotatins an puncher repair warranty and friendly service.

Staff were friendly and professional, called me with prompt updates, and fixed everything that day so I didn’t have to book another appointment.

I went to the Carrousel store to replace two tyres, and I asked the attendant to check the best one to be the spare tyre and place it in the boot, I trusted him and I didnt even check when I got back to the store to take my car home, to my surprise, when I got home the spare tyre wasn’t even touched was flat and left exactly in the same way it was. So dissatisfied.

4 days after the service my car battery died and had to be replaced. Surely the impending death of my battery should have been picked up as part of the service?
