Just really simple and easy. Great, helpful staff, efficient service and thus far they’ve always been reasonably priced.

Recently had my car serviced and paid top price for the service. Was not advised of different tiers of servicing. I received a phone call to say there was further work required on the car so I requested a quote. Quote for required work almost $3,000. When I got a second opinion the majority of the work is not required at all and only need rear brakes done which will be around $500-$600. I won't be returning to these guys at all - totally untrustworthy.

It turns out the nail had not penetrated my tyre and they made sure the tyre was ok and there was no charge for their time, a very nice surprise when I went to pick my car up, I would highly recommned their services and this is the second time I have used them.

Great and prompt service with the clear expectations of cost

As an 87 year old woman it appears that it wasn't necessary to advise me that I could no longer obtain the exact same tyre, 22560R17 Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season 99H which I have purchased from Mycar at Cannon Hill 3 times previously. I now have a 22560R17 Pirelli Scorpion MS 99H which I have now been informed is replacing the Verde. Why was I not told that when I ordered the tyres??? I asked the salesman to supply the exact same tyre and he said he would. NOT TRUE. I am happy enough with my new tyres, but would have been grateful to have been told of the change as they are a different pattern to my others.

Had my Renault Koleos serviced at Cannon Hill MyCar on 31/10/25 for the 140K service. Yesterday my battery was dead and was replaced by RACQ. I was disappointed that in the service report that the battery condition was not recorded, so I could have made a choice to replace it as part of the service.

I asked for changing a flat tyre and needed a new one. Their warranty system offered me a free tyre which was very good. Waiting time of 1.5 hours was too long for me. But I’m happy with the service overall. Thank you.
