You won't get a better, more attentive, professional, efficient team than Dylan, Tom, Aaron and Aiden.
As an female driver I have complete confidence this team will see to all of my aging vehicles mechanical needs. Nothing is too much to ask of them. Apart from the highly competitive price point, the invoices are clear and easy to understand . On the bottom of my invoice I'm also provided with a clear list of upcoming work to be done on my car which helps greatly with my budgeting.
I chose to travel several suburbs to the Blackburn Nth, Vic team to have them take care of my vehicles needs.

I went into Kmart auto today and needed help with fixing the bottom of my car that had been pulled off by a bolt from a wheel stop from a bolt sticking out, when I arrived the lovely guy (not sure his name) came out drove my car into the garage fixed it within five minutes,and didn’t charge me a thing, this just made my day, what a friendly bunch of guys there who are great mechanics. Just want to say a big Thankyou for your help

I was served by Aaron and he gave me exception service as he was very busy with Customers when I came in to the workshop ,he acknowledged my presence straight away. I found him very helpful, polite and he explained everything in detail that was wrong with my car, and I didn't have to wait long time. I will certainly will go back to there again and recommend him to my family and friends. Staff like Aaron are hard to find today Well done Aaron you made my experience pleasant one. Very good service, well priced. However, had to wait 5 minutes to be seen to at the desk as there’s no alarm to say there’s someone waiting and the back of house staff were not oblivious. Went back out into shop after 5 minutes to ask one of the employees if they could please serve me so I could pay and then leave for an appointment.

Excellent service provided at the MyCar shop. They weren't expecting me as the contact centre hadn't contacted them but they did everything I needed anyway, promptly and politely. Excellent customer service.

Dylan offered good customer service, plus support (information) regarding the extra tasks that were required to service my Honda Jazz. I also appreciated the mechanic speaking to me briefly after completing the job. The car is running well now.

Up till recently I only took my cars to My Car. The manager at the local My Car (Shell Coles Express Service Station Corner of Middleborough Road and, Springfield Rd, Blackburn North VIC 3130) was friendly, trustworthy and straightforward. The staff member I dealt with this last time I didn't feel was being honest about the extras my car needed and don't feel the safety check I paid extra for was completed. The day after the service I used my wipers and they need to be replaced and the fluid was low
