Bad news well delivered
Well it wasn’t great, because it was bad news, but it was clear and explicit: I could not drive my car to Melbourne in its current state, because ABC…
Unfortunately these issues amounted to a charge which is more than the car is worth, making me decide 1) not to go to Melbourne by car, and 2) to buy a new car. The young man who gave me the bad news was explicit and convincing re the situation.

Full report & service on time, but still a squeaky belt
Received a comprehensive report & the car was read on time. However, I asked for a squeaky belt to be fixed, & it still squeaks. It squeaked before the last service & I asked then as well. Do I just have to learn to live with the squealing?

Previously I have been having my car serviced at MyCar, at Deakin, Canberra, ACT, where I have been satisfied with the mechanics work on my vehicle. I then realised that there is a MyCar branch at Belconnen near to where I live on the northside. I found the staff helpful and efficient. I shall continue to use this service.

Terrible and not honest
Terrible and not honest, purchased two pirelli tyres, they did not give me a wheel alignment even though it was paid for but the main thing is there was no care for my rims. The installed has pryed off the old tyre with his Tyre lever damaging my rim and removing just over a 10c coin with of paint. There is not gutter rash on any wheels just the damage the installer has made and did not own up to it

Excellent service. Amazing staff
The experience with Cooper and Jordan was amazing. They were happy to explain what was needed, help us to find the best option for tyres needed, and explained the process brilliantly.

The mechanics did a great job
The mechanics did a great job servicing my vehicle and discovering a few issues. They called me and consulted on what needed to be done and did it all on time and with a smile and good humour along the way. Very happy with the service provided. Thanks.

best service centre I’ve been to
I’ve been going to these guys for years and they’re excellent, very professional and helpful, no BS. Last year I had an issue with my car and took it in and they fixed it for nothing in just a few minutes - incredibly helpful. Only had good experiences!
