Excellent Customer Service! The job was done professionally and Dev waited till 6:10pm for me to arrive to pick up my car. I wasn't rushed; it was no problem at all to stay open late, waiting for me to arrive.

The manager at Ashfield is very competent and very pleasant to deal with. He has been true to his word each time I’ve had a service or inspection done about all details and timing. I feel confident leaving my car in the care this man and his team.

I have dealt with mycar for many years at various stores without a hitch and have rated all their services with five stars.
This last experience reminded me of the bad old days of car servicing.
They could not pin down a date, a final costing, or even the exact part that was required to fix a faulty airbag spring.
After holding my patience for over a week, I went in there for an update and found my car covered in bird poo (Almost poetic - I'm still scraping bits off).
As you've probably guessed, I'm looking for a mechanic.

I found the customer service officer spoke to me in a rude way, as if I was getting in trouble and he intimidated me. I will go to another mechanic.

Time and time again, the Ashfield Mycar team here just had been wonderful! I definitely will recommend them to anyone.

Super staff professional job

Very nice people- however- I Asked twice to ensure log book was filled out. It didn’t get done. Was recommended work that was pricey. Took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and work was not all needed. Although it is convenient I will not be going back as it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel that they will always find some extra work that may need doing.

I went for a gearbox malfunction error, which i get once i drive the car for long periods and he wanted to charge me 7.5K for a new transmission, because he wanted to change the whole thing instead of eliminating other issues which it could be. i just think they are lazy to check if there are other issues like the sensors or transmission fluid. The car is working, i don't believe is the issue is the whole transmission to be change, Just because I'm women he thinks he can take me for a fool :-/

I was kept informed as to processes which were explained. They were willing to check minor things without charging for that service.

Friendly reception. Quick response with costing and timing. Job done within time limit. Subsequent minor adjustment dealt with in a timely manner.

People are very good and advise you how to be safe in driving.

The service from the moment I walked in the door was friendly and accommodating. The correspondence was prompt and my car was ready for collection in the early afternoon and well looked after.

Had issue with my suspension.
Team were quick to identify the issue and have car fixed in less than 48 hours.
Will be back.
