The gentlemen that I liaised with at the workshop were kind and professional. They talked me through some of the issues they found with my car whilst performing the service, and not once did I feel pressured to get the work done. They were honest and upfront.

My experience with Mycar Acacia Ridge was fantastic. I found a screw in my tyre and the manager fit me into their already full day with only 1.5hrs until closing. Thankfully the screw didn't puncture my tyre and there was no damage but I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I am very grateful and would recommend them!

Great service! The team replaced all four tyres with new and also took the time to check the car for the cause of some exhaust smoke. Very professional, honest, and efficient – highly recommend

issues between online purchasing and actual dealership
I ordered 4 tyres online and was told it would be a 1 day wait. I booked in the car two days later to have them fit. Not only was the wrong size ordered and the proper ones still in transit, I was not told until I arrived at the dealership. I then had to take the car in on a different day to have the correct tyres installed. There was no compensation for their error. It seems like there is always an issue in communication between the online purchases/ enquiries and the dealerships as this is not the first time i have had information not told to me or different from what has been said online. Staff were great and apologetic so its no issue with them personally.

Minus 10 as they sent me an invoice for work on a car I sold in 23 at an address I left in 2021. For changing a single light bulb on a day I was living 250 km from the kuralta store. Needless to say I won’t be paying it
