Very reputable company
Very reputable company. The support is not easy to contact due to ai chat bot first response, but once you get through that, things start moving. Afterall, I got my money back quickly as there was some cancellations.
However, I'm not so sure about the user reviews in the app, as the rating is part of the final inspection process and is usually completed in the presence of the vehicle owner.
Please make the rating process a seprate flow starting independently after the final inspection.

Ratings that happen during the handover in the owner's presence can feel uncomfortable, and separating that process is a fair suggestion we'll take note of. Asiakaspalveluun ei voi soittaa
Varausprosessi oli selkeä. Valitettavasti vuokraajan erehdyksen takia vuokraamamme asuntoauto ei kuitenkaan vastannut ilmoitusta. Asiakaspalveluun ei ole puhelinnumeroa akuuttien tilanteiden varalle, ja soittoajan olisi saanut vasta monen tunnin päähän. Jouduimme selvittelemään asiaa ensin chattibotin ja sen jälkeen käännösohjelmaa käyttävän chat-asiakaspalvelijan kanssa. Lopulta asia onneksi selvisi ja meille luvattiin hyvitys.

Kiitos palautteestasi! On hienoa kuulla, että varausprosessi sujui hyvin. On kuitenkin erittäin ikävää, että asuntoauto ei vastannut ilmoitusta ja että avun saaminen kesti niin kauan. Ymmärrämme, kuinka turhauttavaa se on etenkin akuutissa tilanteessa. Olemme iloisia, että asia lopulta ratkesi. Palautteesi asiakaspalvelun saavutettavuudesta on tärkeää ja otamme sen vakavasti. Easy esy to rent caravan. Returned the caravan earlier today, no disputes or problems. Sent message to clarify details before sending renting request.
Application wise, it could include some guide if disputes should occure. But as long as details is clear, and good documentation, it should not be much problems.

There is no dispute protection for customers hiring camper vans.
MyCamper did not support us when we disputed charges made by the camper owner.
We were charged an additional €88 cleaning fee for what appeared to be minor marks on a mirror (which can be seen in the photographs). The only cleaning equipment provided was a dustpan and brush, so carrying out a deep clean before returning the camper was not possible.
We were also charged €44 for a small plastic window hinge that the owner claimed was broken, despite us never using that window during our trip. Several other windows already had stickers on them stating they should not be used because they were broken, and the vehicle was old and showed significant signs of wear before we collected it.
On top of this, €132 was deducted from our deposit for transport, which we were later told had not been included in the original payment, along with a further €44 for gas. The camper was not provided with a full tank, yet we were expected to return it full. Unfortunately, we didn't take a photo of the fuel gauge at collection.
When we handed the camper back, the owner inspected it and told us everything was fine. It was only after we had left the country that these additional claims were made.
We have now been disputing these deductions with MyCamper for over a month, repeatedly asking for the evidence supporting the charges and for our case to be properly reviewed. Instead, the deductions have been upheld without what we feel is a fair investigation or sufficient explanation.
Based on our experience, I would not feel confident relying on MyCamper to fairly resolve disputes between renters and owners.

Perfekte Mietbedingungen
Danijel ist sehr freundlich. Reagiert rasch auf alle Anfragen. Hat mich ohne Aufpreis vom Flughafen in Trondheim abgeholt. Eine gute und sehr entspannte Einweisung bei der Übergabe des Fahrzeuges gemacht und bei der Rückgabe ebenso. Der Camper fährt super, hat im Interieur Gebrauchsspuren und die Schränke sind schon etwas klapprig, aber die will er in Zukunft mal erneuern. Für uns zu zweit war das gebrauchte Fahrzeug perfekt.

Keine Hilfe bei Problemen
Das mieten eines Campers über MyCamper ist mittlerweile kompliziert und zeitintensiv. Hat man Probleme irgendwelcher Art wird man durch einen Chatbot „betreut“. Erst nach mehrmaligem nachfragen kommt menschliche Intelligenz ins Spiel, was es aber trotzdem nicht einfacher machte.
Wir haben CHF 123 für die Versicherung bezahlt, welche aber weder bei Pannenhilfe, noch bei Kaskoschäden und auch nicht bei Haftpflichtschäden zuständig ist. Es konnte uns bei der Versicherungsgesellschaft niemand sagen, bei welchem Fall die Versicherung greifen würde.
Das nächste Mal mieten wir den Camper von privat, aber sicher nicht mehr über MyCamper da wir keinen Mehrwert erkennen.

Helt Ok webbsida, 6-7 av 10 nånting. Sådär på användbarhet (går inte lägga till annan utrustning, går inte lägga till halvdag, kan inte återanvända bilder så måste ta typ 8+ bilder varje gång). Stoltserar med jätte hög nöjd betyd utan referens varifrån d är taget. Kvalitet på försäkring får man återkomma om.

Det er første gang at jeg har rejst på denne - altså lejer en camper af en privat igennem et webfirma
Min oplevelse med ejeren af udlejningsbiler var helt i top. Han svarede hurtigt tilbage, når jeg stødte på spørgsmål undervejs fra vores ferie (fra Danmark til Italien), og gjorde mig tryg i min oplevelse
Med hensyn til mycanper har jeg ligeledes haft en fantastisk oplevelse, skal jeg sætte finger på noget, så kan frigivelsen af depositummet måske gøres bedre og hurtigere
Men vil klart anbefale Mycamper til enhver der sætter pris på campinglivet

First time housewagon
I and my wife was looking for a first time camping with a housewagon.
And I guess we got the ultimate choice, it was not that expensive and we were four grown up that lived in the 🏠-wagon and enjoyed the hole trip.
