This is an excellent website. It is well designed, and creates an effective infrastructure for renting campers/RVs from individual owners. The platform for communication is well designed and clear.
We live in the United States, but we were renting a camper in Norway. Our experience was very smooth and our camper was awesome!

Mästare på dolda avgifter.
Utöver de cirka 3.000kr som försäkringen för 5 nätter kostade så hade jag betalat 675kr försäkring för att jag är 28 år (28 eller yngre).
Betalade sedan 200kr för att lägga till en extra förare som även hon var 28, då säger dom att jag ska betala 675kr igen?! För att försäkra.. samma sak som vi redan är försäkrade för?
Vi tyckte såklart att det var helt orimligt och tänkte inte en chans, då kör bara en person bilen. Tror ni att det var möjligt? Nej. Betala 675kr innan midnatt annars avbokas alltihop..
Och kunde stackars AI kundtjänsten vara till någon nytta då för att ta bort extra föraren? Du gissade rätt, för när har dom nånsin varit till hjälp?
Nu har de snart fått lika mycket i försäkring som hyran den trevliga bilägaren fick.
Rekommenderar starkt att ni använder en annan plattform än denna.

Allt fungerade smidigt och enkelt. De skickade sms med påminnelser inför varje steg. Inga problem med hyrbilen och depositionen betalades tillbaka direkt när återlämningen bekräftats.

Sehr gute Erfahrung mit MyCamper und mit dem Vermieter des Campers.
Peter ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Der Camper ist sehr gepflegt und gut im Schuss. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Betten sehr bequem. Zudem ist ein Kühlgerät eingebaut, was wir bei den heissen Temperaturen im Tessin sehr geschätzt haben. Wir danken Peter und Maria, für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen und dafür, dass wir ihren Camper mieten konnten. Viele Grüße, Guido und Ynés :)

I booked a van for 1,5 weeks in Norway. Information was easy to find on the website and communication went swiftly. Not knowing what I had to expect from renting a private vehicle and traveling with small kids, I was happy to have the insurance and renting process controlled by MyCamper rather than entirely private. We never had issues with the car, but it was good for the peace of mind to have booked through MyCamper.
I was impressed by the smooth and well coordinated check-in/check-out process with good documentation of the vehicle.
