Nachdem ich meinen Test bestellt hatte, ging alles sehr schnell. Schon nach wenigen Tage lag er im Briefkasten. Es war sehr genau beschrieben was zu tun ist, sodass ich schon am nächsten Tag die Probe verschicken konnte. Über jeden Schritt wurde ich informiert. Das Ergebnis lag mir nach ca drei Wochen vor. Die Analyse ist gut verständlich, ....also gerne wieder !

MyBioma - eine gute Sache!
Es war alles sehr gut beschrieben, der Versandweg war perfekt und die Auswertung war ebenfalls ziemlich schnell, sehr umfangreich und verständlich. Der Preis ist etwas hoch, aber man macht es ja nicht jede Woche.

Exceptional and fast response service
There was some confusion regarding my order and I had to get clarification on my terms of agreement and any contractual obligations. I exchanged a few emails with myBioma and wasn’t getting anywhere, until Sabrina from their help service entered the fray and clarified everything for me in a single email. I’m very impressed with the alacrity of the responses from Sabrina and the way she handled the problem. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My package is now on its way and is currently with DHL for delivery.

Excellent! I researched microbiome tests for a long while before deciding this test is the best value for money, with sufficient detail for my purposes. I have cancer and I wanted specific detail on various bacteria in my gut, Customer Services were excellent, my first test went missing in the post and they sent a replacement - do use the UPS return service, it took just 5 days for my sample to arrive at their office, and the test results were in my Dashboard 10 days later. The downloadable results pdf is readable by Parplexity.AI which enabled me to obtain a highly detailed report specific to my personal circumstances. I will definitely be using them again when I need a retest.

Dieses mal bin ich nicht zufrieden! Ich hatte im Fragebogen einige Dinge erwähnt, die anscheinend in keinster Weise in die Analyse berücksichtigt werden. Alles was ich im Bericht lese ist: könnte sein, weist möglicherweise darauf hin, wird oft im Zusammenhang...bla, bla, bal. so ein Resultat schreib ich blind auch ohne großes Labor. Die Tipps sind vermutlich KI generiert: Bewusster Essen, keine hochverarbeiteten Speisen, weniger Fett und Alkohol - diese Tipps hole ich mit bei jedem 0815 Podcast gratis!!! Der einzige gute Tipp: gehen sie zum Arzt - ok, mach ich! Danke für nix, Hauptsache über 200 Euro verschwendet!

I will not go into all the problems but ordered 1 bottle and then changed to 3. didn't work for me so I paid and cancelled!
Almost 1 year later, another bottle is being shipped. I let them know I cancelled but they say I had 2 subscriptions. I cancelled expecting any would be gone. Now here I am again owing $105. I think this is fraudulent and this is how they are making money.
Customer service is call and check first before putting out a charge.
My tip: Don't order from Bioma!!!!

Zum einen hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis ich die Ergebnisse bekommen habe. Dies lag wahrscheinlich aber an den Feiertagen.
Jedoch empfand ich die Auswertung erst etwas unverständlich und die persönlichen Tipps sind doch sehr allgemein gehalten. Ich hatte mir hier etwas genauere Informationen gewünscht bzw erhofft anstatt bloß „iss mehr fermentiert Lebensmittel“

Die Bearbeitungszeit lag in deinem Fall im üblichen Rahmen. Nach Probeneingang im Labor dauert die Analyse in der Regel etwa 10 Werktage, da dabei über 5.000 Bakterien ausgewertet werden.
Zu den Empfehlungen: Unser Fokus liegt bewusst auf wissenschaftlich fundierten Ernährungs- und Lebensstilmaßnahmen. Auch wenn diese manchmal recht grundlegend wirken, sind es oft genau diese Faktoren, die den größten Einfluss auf das Mikrobiom haben können. Gleichzeitig verstehen wir natürlich, dass du dir an manchen Stellen noch spezifischere Empfehlungen gewünscht hättest.

Einfacher Prozess + Umfangreiche Auswertung
Schnelle Lieferung der Testfläschchen und eine verständliche Anleitung zur Probenentnahme. Der gesamte Ablauf war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Online-Tracking auf der Plattform war sehr hilfreich.
Positiv sind auch die vielen kostenlosen Informationen, Tipps und Rezepte. Die Auswertung ist umfangreich und enthält hilfreiche Ernährungsempfehlungen.
Ein Stern Abzug, da die Ergebnisse knapp nach drei Wochen vorlagen. Ansonsten ein sehr guter Service. Werde ich wieder nutzen!

Die Analyse selbst nimmt aufgrund der umfangreichen Untersuchung von über 5.000 Bakterien in der Regel etwa 2-3 Wochen in Anspruch, in deinem Fall waren es genau 2 Wochen . Auf die Versandzeit bis zum Eintreffen der Probe im Labor haben wir leider keinen Einfluss.
