Very poor experience overall!!!!!! Easily one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had in Switzerland.
My bike was initially scheduled for delivery on April 28th, then postponed to April 30th. As I had not received any contact from their delivery partner to confirm the April 30th delivery, I proactively reached out.
While I understand that delivery dates can be estimates, the communication I received was inconsistent and unprofessional. I was first told that the delay was due to bank holidays in Switzerland. When I asked about tracking, I was informed that the bike was already with them, pending assembly, and that delivery would take place during the week of May 4th.
However, on May 5th, I was contacted again and given a new estimated delivery date of May 25th. This time, the explanation was that Cresta had not yet sent the bike to them.
These contradictory statements raise serious concerns about transparency. From the beginning, I was led to believe that the bike was already in their possession, which appears not to have been the case. Additionally, I was told that cancelling the order would not be possible, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances.
Overall, the lack of clear communication and accountability made this a very frustrating experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
