Appalling customer service. Repeated attempts to get a refund were refused. The company uses 3rd third-party agent to make life impossible for a refund.
Stay away from the company. This company has deceptive website information.

I ordered a size 9 and got a European size 40 which is equivalent to a size 9 women's or a 7 1/2 for men. Since I'm a man, they don't even come close to fitting. Plus, they reek to high hell... I put them in a small storage room and that's all you can smell, a very strong chemical odor. The rating of 1 Star is way too high for these guys.

Delivery time is supposed to be 1-3 weeks. Mine took 5 weeks and they sent wrong size and color. Management's response was a 15% discount on my next purchase. What a joke!!! Products look good but are of little use if you can't wear them. Don't fall for their splashy ads.

Well after not recieving my lighting mcqueen crocs for 2 months now i lost hope. After reading reviews i wish i never heard of this website bc i just got scammed. Their is no tracking number and no updates on my crocs, i knew something was wrong when you cant even look at your purchases. Please shut this site down.

Had a terrible experience when I ordered a size 7 and 1/2 sneaker and 3 weeks later got a size 40. I contact them that I wanted to return or exchange it but they told me I need to ship it back to China when I live in USA and I need to pay the cost even though the mistake was solely on their end.... Nobody should buy there, they have terrible service.

I ordered 3 pairs of yellow slides on May 16th, 2025 which were size 12, size 8.5, and size 8. I only received 2 pair which wear the size 8.5 and the size 8 on June 19th, 2025. It is now July 11th, 2025 and I still have not gotten my size 12. I have wrote customer service a few times. They keep saying that they're investigating, and it'll take 1-3 days. It's been over 2 weeks. I'm over it at this point, and I'm going to dispute my charges.

I bought the lightning mqueen 3 months ago and i finally got them today it has a very good quality but it takes way too long to get delivered to you. I was looking at the reviews last week and I regretted buying them without knowing that many people were saying that it was a scam, it thought it was but its not at the end

I would give this company a 0. I ordered slippers from this ripoff company, and they were requesting a gratuity at checkout. I mean, come on. I’m not ordering dinner.

After over a month, I did not receive the product, I took it up with PayPal and luckily got my money back. However, after a few days, the package did come in. They were nothing even close to what I ordered. The only thing that was close is that they were slippers. But not the slippers I ordered. Awful terrible terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had to wait a long time for the slippers I ordered to arrive. I had ordered one pair in blue and one pair in grey. Both pair are grey.

They "claim" they are in Canada, but in actuality they are in CHINA!

I thought a pair of very pretty beach sandals on April 29th of this year. I realized on May 29th that I was never going to receive them. I reported fraud to my bank and also to the Better Business bureau. Please don't buy anything from these people whoever they are?!!!

I ordered 2 pair of boots. Took 3 months to arrive. Package mangled. I emailed immediaely for a return label. They sent me a blanket email stating they would contact me in 3 days. I got 15 of those. They have no source of contact. The return address on the package label was from Heathers Moty in GA. I filed a dispute with my bank. They waited long enough to say I was out of compliance. They also go under other names: one is My Mesh Shoes. The boots were gross, very poor quality. Now they will not answer me at all. I will put in complaints to BBB, Consumer Affairs & Attoney General. Even while I was disputing they still sent me soliciting emails to buy more. I ordered 1-30-2025 & got them 3-17-2025 I had to rate A (1) to write the review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!!

Sent the wrong product- took months to go back and forth with SANDRA, for nothing to resolved. Ruined a kids Christmas. Only item they asked for. They stole money took two months to ship the wrong product- would not fix it. They are a scam. Black market type stuff.

After purchasing lightning Mqueen crocs from this website and reading reviews after purchasing I was very scared I had been scammed. They arrived from China to Australia in 4 weeks and gave me shipping information weekly. I could follow the shipping the whole way with their tracking link.The item is the perfect size and look exactly how they do on the website. Very happy with this purchase. My beach shoes redeemed. I’d recommend this item to others.

Do not buy from this website! The shoes finally arrived after 6 weeks looking nothing like the photo and I initiated a return which went nowhere. This is a scam.

Bought the Tasman Slippers for my wife thinking I was getting UGGs. Was told these slippers are UGG inspired, but they are clear knock offs by copying even the sole design. They smell like a chemical factory.

Their pop-up discount convinced me to click and save on a pair of these slippers not knowing that I was getting tricked into buying 2 pair of their slippers. I immediately e-mailed (within 5 minutes) Beach Shoes my order mistake and they replied days later saying it was too late to fix.

It looks like these come from CHINA!

Still going back and forth with this company to get the product returned.

ZERO stars.... company is a legit SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM MY BEACH SHOES. I never received shoes. They issued a FAKE tracking number which USPS said was not legit and nothing received. PayPal continues to let them operate and will not shut down payments to them either. Shame on u PayPal for not following up on this and doing your homework either.

If I could give negative reviews I would. This company is what everyone else says. A scam and shitty policies. I had a pair of slippers worn 3 times fall apart, did nothing but lounge in them. Emailing takes forever and they don’t do refunds and returns are if the product is unused and you pay your own shipping. Was offered 10% off something online but why would I pay for something else of shitty quality and also pay $10 shipping?? Do not buy from here.

Horrible company. Purchased shoes for Christmas present based on delivery date provided. Thought they were coming from Canada. Wrong. China. Didn’t get here till middle of January. Sent men’s size not women’s. Asked to return. They asked for photos. Went silent. I try never to use a company shipping out of china. Don’t use this company. Should have checked it out here.
