Extremely frustrating experience with myasp.net. After switching our domain to their hosting, our entire team stopped receiving critical emails despite everything working flawlessly before. We spent hours troubleshooting, only to discover the issue was clearly on their end.

Phone support is nonexistent, no one picks up. Call 1‑888‑993‑7327 and see yourself. So we had to submit a support ticket. Here’s their actual response: "In this case, I recommend you create a new email user @ourdomain.com and try to reset the password again. Let’s see the latest logs."

Seriously? That’s the solution after telling them the problem started only after moving to their hosting? We’ve only been with them for two months and have had non-stop issues with emails being blocked especially when sending or receiving Gmail and Hotmail addresses.

Online chat is very responsive, however, sometimes may experience a little bit of downtime, other than that, everything else was easy and straight up to use and setup. They have upgraded their app pool to support .Net core web apps now, which is good.
