Awful delivery
Ordered a Cooker Hood. Price Too good to be true? It was. Have been given 2 delivery dates and times (I took a day off work for one) Phoned My Appliances - Have been given 2 different stories on each day. I suggested that if they wanted satisfied customers then it would be sensible to get a reliable delivery company. They put the phone down on me. Surely, its not rocket science is it?

Careful with delivery company
Order process good and easy.
Got a delivery date then had an email day before to say delivery had ben cancelled. Spoke to delivery company and supplier who reassured us that it was mistake.
Was not delivered on delivery date and the following day a very nice neighbour in the next village brought our item to us which he did not have to do at his expense. No communication from delivery company or supplier to say it had been delivered either. Just this survey today to ask 'how did we do'?

unable to reply to your reply but yes I did contact appliances direct by telephone about the cancelled delivery and was told they were experimenting with different delivery companies and not to worry it would be delivered on the date expected. Heard nothing more except for the kind man in the next village bringing it to our door
