My Appliances cooker hood
My Appliances sent a replacement cooker hood after the first one was damaged in transit. They did this very quickly after one email which was very good service.
The Innocenti cooker hood is very good quality, looks great and works really well.

Disappointed!…
Not efficient at all as a recirculating cooker hood and extremely noise!
Came the glass part unattached from the main hood as the parts that keeps it attached came off on opening of the package!
Overall very disappointed with its efficiency!

I have looked at your order and can see that you have not made us aware of this. You can exchange this or we can collect if you are not happy. Just contact the office and someone can sort this for you. You will also need to take a short video clip and send this to us so we can hear what noise this is making. This could be done to an incorrect install

the clasp that holds the glass in place was broken.
when we contacted you we were told that several people had had the same problem. we wonder why it was dispatched when you knew there were issues with the product..
we got over the problem with some glue we purchased but why was this necessary,,????????
the kitchen fitter was here and ready to install so there was no time to return and re-order.
