I was looking for solar legal help with a fraudulent solar claim and encountered Modern Financial, which claimed to work with Alliance Law. good to go.

I’m pretty sure I have been scammed by this firm for solar cancellation also. Same issue with one other person that gave a 1 star rating. They say “ oh the ceased and desist letter will be sent out soon over a month later. Sad that I paid for their services but haven’t received any update's unless I contact them, or copies of documents that they sent out a letter to my lender other than what I signed in the beginning. They stated my email address isn’t working yet I received the form from them in December of 2025. Gave them a secondary email only to have them say I need to resign a a form for payment from my bank account even though I have already paid. BIG RED FLAG Live and learn AGAIN…..

There a scam , out to pray on poor people who got screwed with solar . I was told as soon as first payment went through a letter would go to solar company notifying of representation . 3 weeks later I follow up and woman informs me maybe following week , bull crap. There’s no lawyer listed , there’s no physical address for an office , law enforcement says it’s a virtual office . Scam . Shame on them!!!!!!
