I had a shockingly bad and stressful experience with them. we instructed them to instal a shower, they did but they damaged our entire plumbing system. causing leaks and damage to neighboring properties.
We had to instruct and pay for another team to repair it and go to great lengths to prove to them they had broken our system, they accepted responsibility but still didnt repair it. they gave us no compensation. we had rental income loss, income loss to repair flat below damage, loss of time, stress etc

I needed repairs on my flat, so I've contacted Painters by Adam (Myadam.pro). I've booked a project on their website, and I've received communication after a few hours. The painter Brian Forman was very professional, did a great work repairing the ceilings in my kitchen and hallway, painting the walls on my hallway, the skirting boards, all the doors and frames I've requested, the flat now is looking as good as new!! I'm very pleased with Brian's work, and absolutely recommend his services and Myadam.pro!

No faith in this company
I emailed this service recently & they replied with a message saying a painter had been appointed for my project.
I was concerned I had not been contacted by this painter so I tried contacting him myself only to be faced with constant hanging up of the phone when I tried ringing.
I then tried ringing the business itself with no luck.
I ended up hiring a painter from a different company who came to my home to see the job needing doing
After this painter left, the one from painteradam rings me to say he only received my contact information & wanted to do the job without checking what had to be done first.
I politely told him I found a different painter.
The painter i hired is charging me a little more for my project but I'd rather that than the uncertainty that comes with painteradam.
I could be wrong but I was thinking they are a scam company or the one I contacted is.

I have had an awful experience with…
I have had an awful experience with Flooring by PainterAdam. Initially the first contractor did not turn up. The second contractor turned up a day late. There is a human footprint left in the varnishing in addition to clear streaks and gaps around fixtures. I will need to get an entire new company to come and fix the floors. I do not recommend this service.

Although additional visits were made, the results still did not fully meet your expectations. We then offered to send another verified professional to complete the job, but you preferred to proceed with a different company, a decision we fully respected.
To ensure fairness, you were not charged for the labour, only for the materials already used.

La web hace una estimación del precio. Se ponen en contacto conmigo y sin ver el trabajo suben el presupuesto 100 euros. Me vuelven a llamar para preguntar si realizan el trabajo y tras explicar lo sucedido me rebajan el presupuesto 130 euros. No me parece serio.

Painter Adam presents itself as a professional service that connects clients with “trusted” tradespeople. In reality, they take no responsibility whatsoever for the people they send into your home.
They allocated me a painter who ignored the most basic standard when painting fresh plaster: applying a proper mist coat. Instead, he painted directly onto bare plaster with undiluted paint. When I raised serious concerns, he brushed me off with, “I’ve been doing this for 40 years,” as if experience somehow excuses incompetence.
The finish was already flaking within weeks, and the job was sloppy throughout. Brand new sockets, switches, and shutter frames were painted over with no care or even basic masking tape. I sent detailed photos to Painter Adam, and while they acknowledged the work was substandard, they then tried to shift the blame onto the plaster itself, claiming there might be a bonding issue. This is nonsense. The plaster was perfectly smooth and sound, and the only thing coming away from the wall was the poorly applied paint.
Their only proposed “solution” was to send the same painter back, the one who caused all the issues in the first place. Quite how they expect him to retroactively apply a mist coat is beyond me.
Despite all this, they claimed I had a “sole contract” with the painter (something never mentioned until after I raised a complaint) and took no responsibility for the outcome. They have since stopped replying to my emails, yet continue to send final payment notices. The contact number I had for Aruba on the team no longer works.
Using Painter Adam is like playing roulette. You have no idea who you will get, and they take no responsibility when it all goes wrong.
Avoid at all costs.

Muy mala experiencia. No vinieron cuando dijeron. Pero lo peor es que te dan una presupuesto y te lo suben justo antes de empezar el trabajo. Dejan el trabajo sin terminar y me va a tocar pagar a otro pintor para que aregle la chapuza que dejaron en la habitación. Dicen que volverá el pintor a hacer los remates y luego se niegan a volver si no les pagas más.
Ojalá hubiera leído las reseñas antes.
Por favor, no se fíen de ellos. Son unos timadores.

Si hay algún cambio, siempre debe explicarse y justificarse claramente — por ejemplo, si el estado del espacio es diferente al descrito o si aparecen reparaciones adicionales. Sentimos que en tu caso no se haya comunicado de forma adecuada.

Lamentable, nos dieron un montón de presupuestos, un montón de llamadas, fotos y vídeos de la vivienda. Aceptamos el último presupuesto y mañana el pintor empezaba a pintar el piso a las 9 de la mañana, nos acaban de llamar para confirmar que mañana empieza pero que el presupuesto ha cambiado, exactamente me lo suben 1000 euros. Su respuesta que no lo había contrastado el jefe. Un completo engaño, parecía una empresa económica y al final su presupuesto es el más caro que me han dado hasta ahora, que luego tu lo aceptas o no, pero lo que no tolero son los engaños, no hay ninguna seriedad ni tipo de compromiso con esta empresa

En el 98 % de los casos, el precio se mantiene exactamente como se ha presupuestado. Sin embargo, en casos puntuales puede cambiar, por ejemplo, si hay más reparaciones de las previstas o si el tamaño o el estado del espacio son diferentes a lo comentado por teléfono o mostrado en las fotos. En esas situaciones, la razón del cambio siempre debe explicarse claramente tanto por el pintor como por el gestor asignado, para que entiendas bien el motivo del ajuste.
En Adam valoramos mucho la transparencia y siempre queremos que nuestros clientes se sientan informados y tratados con justicia. Sentimos que esta no haya sido tu experiencia y revisaremos tu caso para evitar que vuelva a ocurrir.

We had a great experience with Painter Adam from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear, and they took the time to go through our job in detail and asked great questions in order to make sure our quote was accurate and there wouldn’t be any surprises once we started. Our painter, Alo, was a joy to work with! He was at our house every day for almost two weeks, and his warm personality made it not an intrusive experience and his expert skills turned our drab griege house into a warm cozy home. He gave great advice and was flexible throughout when we needed to add bits or change things - and we’re so happy with the final results. Highly recommend!

I contacted painter Adam, to decorate practically the whole house, the painter that arrived was called Michael and he was brilliant, the decorating consisted of stripping walls, wallpapering, painting walls, doors and skirting boards and ceilings, it was a lot to do as its a 4 bedroomed house, but I wouldn't have wished for better, and the qoute was good and affordable with no hidden extras, would definitely use again and I have already recommend them.

I signed up as a tradesman thinking PaintAdam would bring me work—but they take a massive 28% commission off every job. That’s nearly a third of your pay for minimal benefits. There’s no real support, and you’re often left chasing payments or dealing with mess-ups on your own.
I’ve seen multiple complaints from customers too—jobs cancelled at short notice, poor workmanship, and unprofessional behavior. It feels like the company profits off tradespeople without delivering a fair or reliable service.
Tradesmen, unless their model changes, look elsewhere. And customers—be cautious who you hire to avoid unnecessary hassle.
