This was the most terrible experience I…
This was the most terrible experience I have ever had. Whilst organising the service was easy and the price was reasonable I had no clue what I was letting myself in for. The contractor, Lloyd, arrived promptly on the first day of painting did a full day and I was satisfied. I explained to him I head a post-builders clean booked in a few days and needed the work completed by then. He promised to be back bright and early the following day. When I arrived on site the following day, there was no sign of him. I texted and rang but there was no answer. A few hours later he responded apologising, saying that something personal had come up and he would be there the following day. I've turned up today, he's taken his stuff so clearly has no intention of returning but made no progress on the painting. He has also made a complete mess, with paint all over the floor and frankly shoddy work (no masking of the skirting or doors). The job is not finished and the cleaners arrive tomorrow - I now have no time to book anyone else in to finish the work and I will have to pay a fee to reschedule the cleaners. Do not use this company they clearly don't vet their tradespeople and as it has been a weekend I have been unable to contact anyone at painter Adam.

Easy, reliable, very happy
Freddie was great, he came up with solutions to something previous electricians had struggled with and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the finish. I got the impression that his priority was doing the job as well as he could rather than finishing and moving on to the next job.

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL!!
It's just come to my knowledge that shahadi who completely transformed my flat, was fired by this company for no reason other than the customer wasn't happy, well... I am the customer and I can't express how happy I was with shahadis work he was truly a professional... in fact his a magician because the work he done to transform my flat was magical, and to learn that he was removed from the platform because of me is just shocking. I hope he gets the justice he deserves no one should have to go through that! Heads up to any painter wanting to join this company. DONT!!!

Great painter and service
This was our second time using Painter Adam.They were accommodating with our changing dates and offered great value compared to other quotes we received.
Ali, the painter and decorator, did an outstanding job. He was friendly, professional, delivered high-quality work, cleaned up as he went, and completed our two-bedroom flat in just four days—quicker than the estimated 5–6 days.
We highly recommend this painter and would use the service again.

Could not meet deadlines planned well in advance.
I booked a popcorn ceiling removal a month in advance. After sending emails on the friday prior too the job to ask a question. I got no response from the management team.
Monday: More then an hour before they were supposed to show up. I got informed that the Painter was sick and could not make it.
The manager was on vacation the week before and was not available to catch this. I asked why no one else manages the accounts while they are away?
I conveyed to the Manager that to stay on schedule for my move in. I need this to happen this week. The manager then assigns me another painter team as a make good, for that Wednesday.
Tuesday night 6pm: I called the painter team to ask them a question and they told me they are not coming. Wanting to reschedule to next week..
I have cancelled the contract with them at this point. As I have no confidence that they can meet the appointments that they themselves set.

Great painting service!
The team at Adam did an incredible job at our apartment in Perth. We had some stubborn old patches and uneven finishes, but the painters handled everything with care and precision. The place looks amazing now. Communication was also super smooth from start to finish.

We had a quote which we accepted and were given a date and time for painters to arrive, we duly got our property ready, all furniture moved, was cleaned prepared, when the painters arrived they said the quote did not cover the work, they would not even paint the ceiling for the amount quoted, we had wondered if this was a scam obviously it is - beware

However, once on site, it was clear to the painters that the scope of work was more than what was originally quoted — which can happen. We understand unexpected changes are inconvenient, which is why we made it clear you were under no obligation to proceed. We also offered to reassign or reschedule the job at your convenience.
It’s important to note that no prepayment was taken, we were transparent at every step and left the decision entirely in your hands. We did try to stay in touch with you to rearrange, but understand that you chose not to proceed.

Quick and amazing job. MyAdam gave me a call and said I could start as soon as the next day or within 3 days from then. Painter came and was very nice, chill and calm guy. Painted with his son and did an excellent job! Helped move furniture out of the room as well. Just overall a pleasant experience
